  1. Wow Marcos I cant wait to see what eles you have in store keep up the great progress. Oh and Ive polishesd metalics with no issues at all i used to shoot custom flaked paints all the time.
  2. Thats a nice build , but im gonna throw just a little constructive critisism at you. 1st.I noticed two wheels off the ground this makes the truck seem light in weight.(looks like it gonna float away) I always suggest if you cant get all wheels to be square on the ground, then place the model on a stand where you can manipulate the terrain like put rocks under the wheels that way it looks as though the suspension is working on the build. 2nd flatten those tires out a bit on the bottom with a file this also give the model the allusion of weight. dont get me wrong this is a good build that can be improved on.
  3. Thx Bernard for the sincere compliments and truely it was my pleasure to do!

A run for my money????... BRO this is the model that inspired me to build the way i do now! this car is excellent and so is its builder!

please correct me if Im wrong, but i believe i saw this car in a show here in southern california in Ontario. Your car is the car that inspired me to step up my building. I had just broken my hip in a 5 story fall from a balcony and I had just finished a 280zx build that I thought was prize worthy.......Well i took one look at this sitting on the table and removed my entry (ashamed yet now inspired). I dont know if you remember me but I was the black guy on the walker asking you a ton of questions, I want to thank you for building such a clean model you truly inspired me to new levels of building!
  6. im sorry i couldnt be of more help.
  7. Wow Terry its either you or the little guy standing next to you, that has some excellent skills in model building LOL! great work there and say hello to Evan for me.
  8. I wish I would have known this was on ebay, I dont really buy built models buy I would buy one of youre builds. Speaking of Ebay I'll never sell another one of my builds. Yep im Keepin all for myself. MU HA HA HA!!!!! oh sorry must be the coffie
  9. Im not sure what page to tell you to check but I did go over the flame job in the build, its all documented. Thx for the compliment Kaleb. Romell
  10. Never be a afraid to post your builds as you can learn where your weaknesses are and get good tips from other modelers before its too late to correct it. So keep up the good work and keep us posted!
  11. Jeff you never stop amazing me I love this build, But this is no mere hosh-posh of parts this was a well exacuted plan of genious. This is Outstanding!!!
  12. Hey Terry glad you asked first let me say that my 1:1 the butterflys never completely close, and If you look back on my build you will see that I added airfilters to the top of the carbs and i want people to be able to see them if they look close enough. Thx for you question and your compliment. Oh and I totally agree with you about praise.
  13. I believe the best thig to do is point out what is good in a build.... then with out hurting anyones feelings offer tips on how it(the problem you notice)can be avoided on the next model. for example: I noticed a certain modler (who will remain nameless) was having a problem with orange peel but his build was clean. I asked him if he knew how to heat his spray cans so the paint atomizes better, and then along with that I told him not to try to cover the model in one coat. Well he took that advice and on his next model his paint came out 90% better and he was greatful for the help. So its how you present the critiszm that matters.
  14. I would have to say my Ford F350 Super Duty because I almost lost it forever when I sold it on ebay. I was fortunate that UPS almost completely destroyed it in shipping, So the guy sent it back. I had it insured for 200.00 more than I sold it for and was able to refund his money, get the truck back and make the extra 200.00 on top of what I sold it for on ebay! Since then the truck has been put back together and is show ready. But then I would really have a problem giving this one up, but thats a whole differant story.....
  15. I retract my earlyer statement

  17. Thx for all the sincere compliments fellas and since you asked so politly Tony heres a few pics of her all buttoned up and ready to hit the street. except i cant put the hood all the way down due to the hoodlatch spring.I shot her from this side also because I didnt want to put the drivers side wheel on.(lugnuts are a pain to deal with when youre tired) And i didnt snap the doors shut in fear of breaking a window when I have to re-open them for the show. I hope you enjoy.
