Now, this is scary...

I realize it is in my life. I just avoid what is patently obvious. -

Ever wonder why movies depict AI as bad or even horrible? From Terminator to Warhammer, AI is depicted as something humans should avoid. Yet here we are in 2025 embracing it. For my part, I'll have little or nothing to do with it. If I have a choice that is. It will replace humans in many areas of creativity and art. I find it personally disgusting. It's all over YouTube and music is being.pumped out by it as well. I. An spot it usually, but the time will come where it will be impossible All AI should come with a warning. -
These were quite big. Awesome!

Stunning paint. Looks like the box top.

Good ideas both. I'll be going with the masking idea. Aircraft builders do it all the time with excellent results. I watched a couple of tutorials and it looks like a winner.

Yeah, the bells and whistles. Whistleblowers is more like it. Ford cars getting access to your texts and contacts. Cars ratting you out when you mash the throttle a tad. Maybe a hard brake or two and your Ins Co knows before your brakes cool. Hard pass.... As an aside. I'm NOT against technology. But when it s used for nefarious purposes like it was prophesised. Well, I just cannot abide. My dream car is a 550SEL Benz. 85 or 86 ish. Lots of tech and advanced features on that car. BUT, it won't rat me out of I see a bit of open road and open it up for a mile or two and let the ponies loose. -

Brilliant! I have the flame decal set for that kit. It's in the queue. -
Wild paint. Good to see these in other livery. Well done.

It's pretty old. So are we!

Everyone's favorite hearse. Nothing fancy here. OOB build. I need to gild the side sconces but since they pop in and out I've been in no hurry. They require a steady hand and gold paint to finish. I have both but have yet to tackle them. It's done for now.

I picture a Pro Street blown 460 in my future when this drops. -
Had no idea this was even committed to styrene. Great color choice and build.

I'm with Stich on this. While each vehicle has its own settings for proper lamp coverage. Heights differ, sometimes dramatically. If all lamps were on the same plane there would be some funky looking trucks out there. Some lamps are simply far too bright. I put Sylvania Silver Stars in the Cav. They we a bit brighter than stock and no one ever hit their high beams at me in complaint. Meanwhile, I have hit others thinking they had theirs on, only to get hit with their true beams and I nearly went temporarily night blind. As for form factor and styling? Is it safety and visibility or fashion? -
Reelin in the years right there. Nice retrospective.

No Kidding? Well, retirement is just around the corner. Funny stuff... -
Just did a trade with NitroMarty. He sent it quickly and packed it well. Let us hope he is as happy as I am.

What a beautiful little car Marty. This reminds me of the old Monogram 1/32 scale gasser series. I think there were three in total. I know I built the Willy's and Fiat for sure. Bodies were in halves as were the engines. Real primitive. I'd like another chance at those today. You took a sows ear and turned into a nitro burner. No small task.

A few new shots. The decals are almost done and they were a joy. Warmish to med hot water and almost no solvent. The silver decals on the engine cover were a concern. No need, they laid down very well. The sizing on the sides were perfect. Enough to wrap around in places and carry the line through the panel. Well thought out and the colors are sharp and bright. The closer it gets to finished the more bummed I am getting. I plan on a red one next and brake, fuel and harness will be added. But, I have a few more kits in front of that.
