  1. Getting hosed here in SE Mass as well. Probably a foot on the ground so far. I have beverages and plan on using them if I have to.
  2. Simply Awesome in every way. Very unique one for the collection.
  3. Gorgeous build and a timely tribute even if it was built all that time ago.
  4. Ah Pete, this is model cars. Finishing is last on the list. STARTING is most important. Followed by temper tantrums....et all...
  5. Richest homeless guy in the entire world.
  6. I ran Sportsman's in the mid 80's on my Vega. Not certain when they began but it was not much before I got em if that helps. I think Sportsman tires started about 82/83. They were NOT cheap.
  7. Aaaahhh Millenials.... Don't hate them because they are.....[insert adjective here]. Just hate them. 20-30 year olds who have all the answers are NOT new. They just post it online now for all to see how dumb they are.
  8. My favorite drag racer of all time. A hero for the little guy. Will be missed for all time.
  9. Excellent technique.
  10. He has my best wishes for recovery. I know what it's like and it stinks.....
  11. Love me some Smithereens. This is sad news indeed.
  12. Those interior panels are more like a hint than sculpted.
  13. I melted mine back in the 80's trying to set the decals. I have one in the stash and I hope it comes out this nice. Real nice....
  14. What a gorgeous looking pair. And I don't usually say that unless.... Ah never mind...
  15. Lots of work there. Well done.... Oh, and welcome to the forums.....
  16. I live close by and would be interested if something started up. I have been meaning to hit Masscar and even signed up. But alas, I've yet to go.
  17. 2 Star Wars kits. If I get back to building again. And one non model item, but it's a good thing for me personally. This is my "get back in shape ya turd" new bike. One speed so it's all on me, and it can take the trails since it's basically a 26" BMX bike. it was on sale on Amazon and I thought what the heck. I always trusted Redline when I was a kid riding BMX so I figured I'd trust em as an older person.
  18. Much respect for putting it down as it is. Scammers need to be called out and dealt with.
  19. Nick is right. I used white primer.
  20. I used Tamiya yellow straight out of the can. Looked spot on to me.
  21. What a maroon.....
  22. Same here. Dan is an upstanding citizen of this board.
