  1. Iceman Collections has a few, https://icemancollections.com/collections/engines?page=3 as does Texas 3D Customs. https://tx3dcustoms.com/collections/engines Both have excellent engines.
  2. It wouldn't surprise me if JR Salvinos doesn't tool up some early 60s NASCAR Plymouths for their Petty versions eventually.....
  3. Googled it, it's Joe Wheat/Memory Lane Models that made retro promos of the 70 maybe in the 90s... that is what I was thinking of, had seen pics of them before.
  4. Though there wasn’t a kit, pretty sure there was a ‘70 convertible promo. I do have a resin ‘70 R/T convertible body I got maybe 15 years ago.
  5. He does group preorders for two-three weeks periodically on his FB page, most recent was February. next one should be this month.
  6. Heh-heh... I came back...lived in Colorado then Arizona over 20 years, moved back to NE Ohio 6 years ago...just bought my 2nd house here, a few miles from Lake Erie.. love the North Coast in the Spring/Summer/Fall and tolerate the winters..
  7. Probably. Looks like a custom version of the regular BH truck.
  8. Yeah, extra lights..can see it on the 1974 box art...
  9. Probably some sort of extra part from past versions. I can’t check mine (packed away). Can you post a photo?
  10. The original didn't have a camper shell. You are thinking of the teal 1500 extended cab kit.
  11. Sad..great singer/songwriter...my folks were a fan, I grew up listening to him on our cross-country motorhome road trips in the 80s. Saw him in concert a few years ago.
  12. The April 1st newsletter said it was available starting April 15th. I got the '24 Dark Horse Mustang last month and it sold out the first day it was available I think. His kits tend to be very small runs.
  13. Same kit. I built the Daisy Jeep as a kid back in the day, it had a clear uptop.
  14. I moved 250 boxes of unbuilt models from my current house to my new house (in the garage temporarily) yesterday. Still have old built kits, 60s-70s unbuilts, resin kits and diecast to move. Slowly but surely..
  15. That is a really neat camper. Looks like a boat cabin kinda…
  16. I wasn't around in '63, but I have been to a lot of campgrounds and RVing over the last 45 years...never seen one with that unusual stepped design. Ones like these below are more familiar on older trucks, I would think...
  17. It will be interesting to see if any of the custom parts from the original kit appear.
  18. Probably easy enough to swap the 340 from the modern era Duster kit.
  19. I closed on my new house today. All went pretty smoothly. Only 20 miles from current house, but bigger, one story, much more storage and garage space, almost 2 acres. I’ll be busy the next month or so moving in and then putting my current house up for sale. Icky weather today though. 34 and sleet.
  20. It would be nice without the section over the cab, never seen a 1:1 truck cap like that.
  21. Looking forward to the Demon and the trucks. I have a couple resin Demons, but not the MPC annual. I can see getting 3-4 of them, one of them would be neat Pro Touring style w/ the new resin turbo slant 6 from Texas 3D Customs...
  22. That funky camper top reminds me of one the AMT '69 Chevy pickup had...have one of those in my stash. Looking forward to both of these trucks, and the Demon.
  23. Went to the post office today and saw this C8 in a great red.
  24. The ‘70 Galaxie police car kit fills that niche. Though the roofline is a bit off
  25. There are a few tools that were only issued under the Testors brand..presumably made by some third party, like the Boyds kits incl. the Boyds Chevy pickup.
