On a leaf spring model, I heat the springs a bit and put more arch in them. On a coil spring car, I make a spacer out of round plastic and install it above the coil.

In the old days, we bought Super Stock leaf springs for our Mopars and adjusted the height on the torsion bars. There were also High Jackers, or air shocks. I like a little rake to my cars also...I've always hated that trunk full of cement blocks look.

The '66 Biscayne is a 1/18 from the former Ertl comany. I put aftermarket wheels & tires on it.

This is a side shot of the Highway 61 '67 Coronet in 1/18. I have one of every color of this release. It always looked a little funny to me.

Almost looks like the universals from an HO Scale Diesel.

On a 4x4 model, especially a lifted one, they stand out like a sore thumb.

Web Hosting provided by Bluehost.com I have e-mailed Bandit Resins 3 times about this, and I get no answer.

After you build a few 4x4s, you blow through your "stash" pretty fast. I'll be waiting to hear what Crazy Auto comes up with.
