Didn't the original issue of the Revell Chevelle kit have a photo of the 1:1 without a vinyl top? I wasn't aware until now that a vinyl top was even offered on the Z-16.

They're out of production now, but they still come up for sale every so often.

I'm not familiar with how midgets are set up, but I have to ask- there is no belt on the Revell engine, so what's driving the water pumps?

Yeah, I've got a few kits that serve that purpose for me, too! I'll have to check out one of those Yodel kits.

As long as he isn't passing someone else's work off as his own, what's the big deal. I don't see why this continues to be such an issue. Yeah, he 'bought' the car, but it's still his! I don't see why people think if you hire a pro, you're not a 'real hot rodder'. Why does it matter? Follow that logic- If you didn't build the house you own, wouldn't that mean you're not really a homeowner? I just don't get why people get so wrapped up about who built the car (owner vs. shop or other party), and totally ignore the car.

There are a few other Slant sixes out there in plastic and resin, but I think it would be a good product to have in your line. The modeling hobby needs more inline sixes of all kinds!
