  1. In the late 60's I went on a school field trip to Kelloggs in Battle Creek , Michigan . They took us on tour of the whole operation from beginning to end . At the end of the tour every kid got a 12 box variety pack , those were the little box's that could double as a bowl .

  3. Forget Coronavirus , Couldn't that guy get some sort of hepatitis licking a toilet ?
  4. Hi Geoff, I've been watching your build from the start . I have never seen one of these vehicles close up myself so I have to rely on google images . But the spare tire on the bonnet looks better to my eye. Here is what I have so far , other than the pie pan and rubber bumper cushions the tire sits on-once the tire is in place one wouldn't see much of the pie pan or rubber cushions (?) the two red dots are the locating pins on the bottom side of the spare tire/wheel I hope all is well for you and you get back to this project when you can .
  5. That is not a Hemi As Steve mentioned , that is a 'Poly' engine ( Polyspherical head)

  8. For anyone interested , google Burbank's House of Hobbies , click on the pictures and take the virtual tour . A little more~ well deserved praise on Glenn and his operation : I received that smashed box around 2 pm on a Thursday (E.S.T) which made it 11 am in California . Within an hour I received an email saying a package has been sent out from them . By 11 am Saturday morning I had mint replacement kit in my hand, less than 48 hours-that kind of customer service is outstanding !
  9. I have dealt with Burbanks House of Hobbies for 10 years now, 2 weeks ago i received this Land Rover kit. 2 minutes after opening the box I called Burbank -NO fuss...he sent me another kit and told me to keep the smashed one as it would cost more than it was worth to send it back.

  20. The Revell 'Starsky and Hutch' Torino
  21. SOME are cheap , but others go deep if it's what they want . I built the '63 Galaxie that came in the 'millennium' issue, as it happened i had just finished the '64 Mercury Marauder that had a convertible boot in the kit. I cut the roof off of the '63 and the boot fit. It's a nice shelf model to fill the gap. I always wondered how the '61 Ford Galaxie survived but the '62 seems to be gone forever.
  22. A little tongue and cheek with Wavy Gravy
