  1. I've been using Awesome for years now, great stuff, no problems.
  2. I thought the MK II 427 was NASCAR only, that explains it. The 427 W block was the Z11.
  3. Actualy I was thinking of 1:1. There are resin scale ones.
  4. No, but don't let that stop you!
  5. Wasn't the Z33 engine more related to the later MKIV big blocks than the 348/409?
  6. Guys, it's a movie prop. A "killer" engine could cause all kinds of problems with a shooting schedule.
  7. With two compleat models in the box the price seems quite reasonable to me.
  8. This thing is proof that as bad as modern cars look, it could have been worse.
  9. I'm going to subscribe as soon as I can get the bucks together.
  10. Missing link resins makes the early bumpers and grill, and they are chrome. You will have to backdate the sail panels with body work.
  11. I know "those people" cripe and complain about "too many" 32 Ford, 55-57 Chevy and Camaro kits, but the 67 and 68 Camaros are long over due for a modern re-tool.
  12. They are fiberglass, but have the shape and style of the ABS ones.
  13. On the above Camaro question, Z/28 or Super Sport Camaros are muscle cars, standard Camaros are not, but can be built into street machines, but not muscle cars. That requires a factory build with a high preformance option factory installed. Likewise, a GTO is a Mucsle car, a Tempest is not.
  14. Muscle cars came from a factory, street machines are home built.
  15. I like anything from the one cylinder horseless carrages / brass era cars to about the mid 70's. I would like to see an Olds curved dash, a Stanley Steamer and would buy a case of Brass Ford T's. Once the government took over car design I have little interest.
  16. AMT has two tools for this subject, the newest one is a great kit, the older one not so much. Both are out as Rally Sport Z/28's, and I don't know how to tell you which one is which. The new tool is also out as a Baldwin Motion big block car, if you find this kit you can be sure you have the better tooled kit.
  17. manxclub.com has new hoods and dashes.
  18. No, this was a typical FWD mini van, maybe someone stuck the emblem on, but it looked factory to me.
  19. Finaly got one today, a red flake one. I was going to paint it but a change of plans..........
  20. Followed a new Chrysler Town and Country van yesterday, had an R/T emblem on it. Sad.
  21. Nascar is nothing but yellow flag, fuel mileage, pit strategy games in identical cars. Hasn't been racing for years.
  22. I guess I'm in a minoraty here, I love 32 Fords, tri-five Chevys, 69 Camaros, Hudson Hornets AND Gremlins!
  23. True, stripped of some parts and hanging from the ceiling, but it's the real deal.
  24. Crosley (the man) owned the Cincinati Reds baseball team.
