  1. Like Quiznos, UMM UMM UMM, toasty!!!!!!
  2. Here is a little more progress on the Starliner, did some of the engine and chassis work!!!!
  3. Phenomenal work David!!!!!
  4. Hey, stop using real car photos to explain your techniques!!!! Remember, we are talking 1/25 scale cars here!!!
  5. I painted and put together some engine parts, I will be posting soon. About the photo-etch parts, you will see them here once I start using them. I am planning on using the P\E grill but will have to contact Replicas and Miniatures first so that I can get the headlamp buckets to install them on the grill.
  6. Best Mustang I have seen, phenomenal work my friend!!!!! Can't believe how cool those rims look on it!!!!
  7. Very cool Lyle!!!!
  8. Wish I had one of those, yours turned out phenomenal, great color choice too!!!!
  9. I live in MD too, that's why it's gonna be fun!!!!!
  10. Wow Scott, I love your set-up there, looks like you had a lot of fun just putting it together!!!
  11. Sorry to hear that my friend, I work for a University and right now we are going through some furlough days which means that they are giving us one day off every pay period without pay for the next 3 months. Thank God I have a second job and can cover the losses from either job's days off. Hang in there man, I am sure something will come up. There is always someone hiring, you just have to have faith!!
  12. Did you say you "brushed" the Alclad on or did you mean "airbrushed"? I like where this is going, a black Charger, now that's an intimidating look!!! In my opinion, the chrome on the bumpers in the kit is just right, I don't see the need to Alclad them, now for things like valve covers and other small items, you can't beat Alclad.
  13. Beautiful job on this one Luis, like I said before, I think a lot of the guys would build it w/o the continental kit. If it was more of a stock '55 then the continental kit would have been more correct but other than that, I love it and always thought the green color was perfect for it, then again, you know how much I love green!!! Congratulations and good to have you back!!!
  14. Cool as usual Gregg, decals came out very nice man!! Like Dan said, we need to see this in a better light, it's too cool not to appreciate how much work you have put into this. Engine details are top notch too!!! I have to put one together soon....
  15. Very cool my friend, I will be following this one!!!
  16. Thanks Ron, I will keep that in mind. By the way, I have that '59 Impala grill you requested of me, hopefully I can go to the next meeting and hand it to you. If not, I will be getting your home addresss so that I can send it to you!!
  17. I got mine on the 9th, great coverage of the Toledo show. Bob Black looked funny laying on that floor!!! Of course I saw my boys Norm, Lyle Bill and Dave representing our MAMA club and doing it well!!!! Congratulations to Tom Kren and Anthony Rios for their big wins, these guys deserve it!!
  18. WOW!!! I have to compliment you not only on the great work so far but also on your techniques!!! I never do much rusted stuff, don't have that kind of ability but when I decide to do it I will be contacting you for sure. Thanks for sharing man!!!
  19. That's looking sweet man the color is always right on these GTO's. I tried that vinyl top paint from Testors but didn't like it too much but you must have done something right because it surely came out nice!!
  20. Looks like the seminar you just came out with in the magazine this month, there's a lot to learn from you man!!!! Lots of detail and this is just the gas tank door!!!
  21. I did get a lot of twisted and warped parts myself man, I am happy I bought this heat gun, worked great for this!!
