    slick build. very clean.
  5. nice build. you have more restraint than me, i would have tubbed the ###### out of that thing!! really nice to see stock though.
  6. very cool! will be neat to see them all on the trailor.
  7. thanks for the info. helps out. this is turning out very cool. great work!
  8. This is exactly what is ruining swap meets, venders areas, even simple flea markets. I actually enjoy going to these events, setting up and tearing down, it's all part of it and i dont mind it. i'd rather grab a few beers and walk the aisles and have the parts i am looking for right there in my hand and be able to barter with the fellow than sit at home staring at some computer screen, hoping the part i am gitting is what the guy is advertising! i hear more problems buying over the internet than i do buying at a swap meet.. Sure, most anything you want is there on the net, great selection, but i hate fees, shipping and anything else that gets tacked on.To me, loading and unloading takes just as much time as taking pictures, writing context, mailing back and forth, waiting till the auction is over, findiing the right size box, packaging it up and getting it to the post office....... just my .02 cents. and one more thing, i can buy a heck of a lot of kits at a swap meet for the cost of what some of you are paying for your smart phones each month. My sons just can't see how i live without texting, internet right in my palm.... but that is another thread.
  9. funny, i have never made a purchase from ebay. dont even go to the model section let alone ebay (well, sometimes i go look at the pro stret cars for sale.). never visited craigs list either. do most of my swapping right here and buy my stuff from my LHS. i guess i am in the minority on this one.
  10. nice build. dont see too many in "stock" form.
  11. nice build. now get going on the other half!!!
  12. beautiful!!!
  13. nice save. unusual color for that car, i like it!
  14. nice surgury!!! cool concept. THIS is what modelings all about!!
  15. sweet!! great job. have any "in progress" shots on this one.
  16. nice job on a not-so-nice kit. i see this is the "corrected" kit. really nice job on one rare mopar.
  17. very well done. beautifully executed!
  18. X2!!
  19. weclome, first off. nice build on the mongoose rail. these were some neat top fuelers. now you need to find the snake to go along with it.
  20. looking real neat!! suspension is looking killer!! glad to see you pushing thru the road bumps. its just me, but i would go with the mopar oval air cleaner. just modify the base to accept the 1 throttle body and paint the lid body color and you are set. how did you get the blue tint on the guages?
  21. if its getting a modern type engine, i'd say with more modern stile wheels and go with either the most upper right ones or the ones below them. i personally do like the steelies and the hub caps. i have a 32 planned and would love to run those on it. what kit did they come from?
  22. just like here at work. people are getting too hung up on "titles"....... "rat rod", "pro touring", "pro street", "g-machine". i personally don't care, the guy enjoys it. to me, its a "rat rod". my personal opinion is that he should have left it the way it was!!
  23. you can steal the 340 out of the duster kit. its even got the 6 pack option. vynle or decal for the mod top, i am sure we can deal with either. we have plenty of options for this kit, lets just get it on the shelf....... along with a 68 cuda.........
