  1. Nice variety and quality! I like the four door Skyline. Getting a little brighter light set up will help us see them
  2. Very, very nice collection of models. Excellent work.
  3. Tissue and white glue.
  4. Oh, here are pics of the kits 2009 ZR-1 And the newly re-released Z06
  5. The newest model year would be the ZR-1 C6 - which I believe came out in 2010 - so I assume it is a model of the 2009 car. 2009 was the first year of the ZR-1 high performance C6. The C6-R was raced in 2005 - once again assuming things, that would probably be the 2005 model car year. The Z06, which was just re-released, is a 2006 model year. I have been researching these lately for the Cannonball Run community build - I am not an expert so you can check my facts;). EDIT: Casey has it correct though - AMT has the 2012 C6s out. They are the unassembled promos though, so I hadn't considered those in my research
  6. Did Alex run the M5 with all the decals (including Polizie)? Or was that for promotion after the run? Some great shots of the car interior on the web, too.
  7. I just watched American Muscle Cars - Speed Channel show - on Netflix. Season 1, episode 1, is the 1964 GTO. Awesome car and the start of big cubes in light cars. The show talks about the GTO v GTO challenge - nobody with a Ferrari would show, but the magazine said the Pontiac would beat it on every aspect! The model is great, too. It's kind of sad to think the Pontiac name is dead - they were such a force through the early 60s.
  8. Wow! Great work on the decals. I have always been intrigued by the "character" cars but never purchased one. Yours is looking really cool.
  9. Almost two years in! Looks awesome. I like the first post "fast and simple build". That is one great model - paint, details, quality of craftsmanship - it's all there.
  10. Great looking models. Nice baby too.
  11. Quality of a lot of videos makes it more difficult to see details in models - so I much prefer quality still shots. Also, most of the videos I have watched don't focus on the things I might want to look at. In photos, I can spend as much time on what I want to see and not what the video maker wants to show - if that makes sense. Oh, and don't get me started on annoying video music
  12. Really cool. Great work on the truck and the weathering. My grandpa fought in the Finnish army in WWII and worked on logging truck here in North America - interesting, eh? Thanks for posting and the link to pictures.
  13. Email The Modelhaus the picture and Don will tell you what they are called. Excellent customer service and products. Expect about 4-6 weeks for delivery.
  14. Nice work. I think it's kind of fun to build a kit with "issues". It's a challenge and learning experience. Looking good.
  15. Great looking paint. Good looking model. Very nice.
  16. Nice work. Real nice. I like them all. That is a cool plane too.
  17. Looking good - great work put in already. I am one of the import fans here (or a fan of imports), so keep building and posting!
  18. Nice work. Smooth paint and I like the color. I like the '66 style. It is a great kit - the mirrors are odd but closely resemble the 1:1, maybe just scaled up a little ( I used the. On my build this year too).
  19. Great model. Interior is very nice - perfect sheen on the seats.
  20. I like the stock look! You don't see enough stock 60s muscle car models. At least I don't. Nice paint too. Great model.
  21. I like the history of these cars - it was such a cool time in the automotive industry. The 1963 Ford Galaxie lightweights had buckets and four speed, T-10. Pretty sure the Tasca Ford 823 was a lightweight. I did a little looking on these 63 1/2 cars researching another (62) project, so don't say "Erik said so", because I could be wrong.
  22. Technically, we haven't even started yet.
  23. This would be the way to go - that kit is plentiful and should be what you need.
  24. Very cool. I agree - the black steelies go great with the body and color. Great model.
  25. Considerably cheaper in 1/25 scale.
