Carl... If the chassis sits fine and looks square on a flat surface try the body on the same surface to see if its warped any....if not and both look to be square and flat on the surface look for anything that might be interfering with the body-chassis(holding things up from sitting properly when together)...hope this helps some.

Nice work on the Cutlass....The Torino is nice too.! Johan had quite a few snap or promo like kits...nice enough for me to not care if they were curbsides or not....I do miss the good old MPC white wall tires though...they were nice.

I love it....I once seen locally here a Chevy SS Camaro done up like a nascar full tilt decals and all driving down the road...it sounded awesome too.

I have always loved Johans snap kits...while there is not much to them they make into a great model....I have the Cutlass too...wish I could find the... 72 Torino 74 AMX ones.

Welcome Aiden!... There are many great people here and talented builders...most of us have built all our lives...I am sure if you have any questions you can find them here.

I had one as a kid loved building it and yes it was made by a company called Johan...they made kits of cars no one else did...some of the best kits in my opinion. You have the same great attitude as me on things...why let it go to waste...I rebuild many models and promos most of mine come from garage sales in the summer time.

That is rough...sorry for their losses. Me I love my wife dearly...her and I joke around a lot but we both can take it from the other too because we know were just joking around. My wife has almost lost me on 3 separate occasions but I keep coming back long as my health holds out too....just wasn't my time to go yet I guess.

I like it...Dare to be different!....sometimes it can make a super cool build. The imagination is ones only limit other than for the parts.

The only way I can use ones like that is for ether parts or you could use it for a diorama type build so it has use still....otherwise your going to need another body...sorry.

If that would happen to me if I had a plow...Id tell him OK then you get it done then. I completely agree with you about the laws and sausage only the sausage makes more sense most of the time.
