  7. Hey Blake, Iknow these are 64's but its basically the same kit with fleetsides (I do have a 65 but I got a wild plan for that one ). Anyway heres the 64s dunno why I keep rusting them up, no fords I guess lol
  8. wow thats really well done, on a life like backgroud you'ld be hard pressed to pick it from being real
  9. Thanks guys. As for the c........ some people are very touchy about the whole custom/kustom thing and although I am aware of the differences just noted it as such with a little tongue in cheek humor. Does it even scrape in as a custom? barely though its definately not stock and I wouldn't call it a street machine either. Your call
  10. Thanks , yes it was Tamiya tape cut to width and yes the gold basecoat was applied first then a light clear then taped then the black then unmasked and then recleared. hth's

thanks guys, Mike yes it is BMF , not my favorite job but it does add heaps to the model. 006 had to check but looks like I just used a rough (ish) file just enough to hit the seam went both across and then along. Did the same on the sump too but went over with a finer then finer still sanding stick, hth's. Got glass installed tonight so wont be long now

cleared over decals yesterday and foiled (my least favorite part) tonight as you can see the decal on the right hand side has slipped down a bit without me noticing but it doesnt look to bad ,not bad enough that I want to strip it at the moment anyway.
  14. thanks guys, cleared and foiled late today. Better interior pic roofs done

  17. while waiting for a decal fix on my cuda I thought I'ld start another project instead of finishing one of the other 20 + started projects . Revell new(er) tool goodguys version. Started a couple of nights ago if you see the couple of little paint flaws , they were fixed today and its been cleared. Next is to remask the roof and do a little fogging around the lace panels then another couple coats of clear

  23. think it builds up ok though I actually put chain link around the front of the rear springs as per the ref photos I had. May not be the most accurate kit or build around, but then again what kit is? Sorry Walt hope this doesnt offend you, posting in your thread.
