Incredible Mustang, that paintjob is sweet, very clean and shiny. Smooth too. I like that detailing on the engine bay too. Very realistic looking, and especially I like that air cleaner. Great job with it, very beautiful Mustang.

Of course I can post it here too, if there's any interest. I can post it on Drag Racing Models, if anyone's interested.

Nostalgic Super Stock/Pro Stock Hemi questions.

Yeah, thanks for the advice guys! I installed those ignition wires. Not my best ones, but I test fitted and hood is closing and I can live with them. Lets see how that engine looks when I get other parts installed. There are coming some more details later. -

Well this is must have kit! Great to see, that it's possible to build two cars from one kit. I can't wait to have it, even if I don't have money right now. Vintage Dragster model kits are always nice to see. -
I painted the hood yesterday evening, and today I'll be installing decal(s) for it. I'm not sure am I going to add stars to it, or any other decals, but at least one Rebel flag is coming.

I've built one, not so great build but it's older one... And lots of mistakes done too. -
My favorite part on this build is that windshield, which is tinted from the top. Gives some realistic look, I think. Nice model, paintjob is great and color looks good. Wheels and tires are just perfect, thanks for sharing it.

You completed nine super nice models! They all look very realistic, but my favorite is that Dart. It's just rarely seen, as Roger said and really nice body shaping. Other ones are very cool too.

It looks cool, and I have to say, that you have inspired me to continue my '69 Nova Project... It can be seen on the other forum: http://cs.scaleautomag.com/SCACS/forums/t/102746.aspx?PageIndex=1 So thanks for posting, needs to get back building that Stocker.

Thanks Brian! This is just my style-Old School, and shiny. Fun kit to build, even if it's really simple.

Making rusted cars is not easy, as I realised when I tried... You've done this very nicely, and diorama looks very good too. Great job on those rust holes. They look realistic, the size is just perfect and so on. Great diorama.

Really nice Chevrolet you have there. It just looks like, these pictures don't make justice for that build, it looks spectacular in live, I guess. 1:1 car is nice too, where did you find those wheels? And when I joined this forum, I wasn't good builder. Well I'm not great builder now either, but I've learned lots of new skills and tips how to improve from this forum. Hope you keep on building, and posting these models too.

Well now those plug wires look good! Great job on the chassis too. It's going to be really nice build, when finished. I'm sure about that. Nova is nice car, and I like that color scheme, you've used so far.

Thanks Gray!

No problem, Stuart! And that's exactly, what I meant. Just didn't know correct words to explain it.

Here we go again, I built set of pedals. Since there's manual transmission, I took two dashboards, and they both had only gas and brake pedal. I cut those pedal parts seperate, and built new rods from metal tube. I think, they look pretty good, and much better than those original parts. Next I'm moving on to dashboard, it still doesn't look right.

Little update on this build too. I built set of pedals. Since there's manual transmission, I took two dashboards, and they both had only gas and brake pedal. I cut those pedal parts seperate, and built new rods from metal tube. I think, they look pretty good, and much better than those original parts. Next I'm moving on to dashboard, it still doesn't look right.

Thanks! That paint scheme is cool, but I don't know, how I'm going to paint it without making big mess. Hopefully it turns out good, and there's no paint stripping needed...
-
Really nice details on that engine, looks great. I often forget to install dip stick... Hope you don't mind, if I give little suggestion: Maybe push those ignition wires bit lower from both sides of that distributor. Now those wires look like they are made from metal, as they are like that. Maybe that doesn't matter in finished model, but that's what I should do.

On the last update I added some putty for the chassis, and now I've sanded them smooth.Sanding was bit tricky from some spots, but I think, I managed to get them smooth, primer will show the mistakes then anyway. The third picture shows, that I removed other ejector marks too. And of course they needed some putty, so today I can sand them smooth too. Lots of ejector marks to remove, but I hope this is going to be real nice model when finished...

Oh, thanks for that information, needs to be careful and watch for the hood clearance. I just like that twin plug set up system, makes this engine look bit different, compared to some new Hemi engines. -
That's great idea to paint those graphics, as Wayne said. I hate installing bigger decals. Paintjob looks good, after wetsand, are you going to clear it. Maybe that would give smooth and shiny look for it...

How are those textes done to the doors. They are looking very good, and so does that engine also. Detailing is great, and headers are looking very good. Really beautiful build, can't believe, that it's really built in 8 days.

Turbo Pro Mods are quite interesting too. Well I like supercharged engines the best, but these are interesting-just like bombs when they are gettin' ready for the start. Great job with the frame on this one, and body looks very aerodynamic. It's going to be incredible build, and looks like needs to buy at least one larger scale model kit. Maybe not Drag Car, but anyway....
