Darren B replied to sjordan2's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
opps i failed to read the whole thread, i always do that without knowing the whole story, yeah they would have been very trustworthy and no matter how nuts the brothers were or are they should have jumped at that once in a life time chance. -

Darren B replied to sjordan2's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Yes sad indeed, and its sad that I do not own it! oh but anyway yes it would be nice to have a complete resto but the current family probably is worried that someone doing the resto may take off with the car. -
recieved all of this today, what are the odds of that? I ordered the book and videos tuesday and they all show up today? got a lot of reading and vids to watch. Dr. Cranky love the book and didnt know it but inside the front cover was your decal sheet, cant wait to get reading.....................

that is awesome love the paint job. I have to agree with stuart on this one. this looks wicked as it was I like the top color as you finished it but would have loved to see more of your detail show thru that you have here. But that is just my opinion and coming from someone that hasnt lifted an airbrush in over a year I can t say much. Your work is totally awesome and keep it up. I love the detail on this van in this pic.

Darren B replied to Darren B's topic in WIP: Model Trucks: Pickups, Vans, SUVs, Light Commercial
Not sure if the whole stripper theme will work on the forum if it doesn't you can follow along at my website the link is below. The interior may not but will make it as family and kid friendly as possible and within reason. -
Here I go again, haven't finished the Reapers Ride yet but have an idea for another one, called Mans Ruin. Mild custom with a stripper pole and a trailer with three stripper poles, speakers, and a bunch of amps, neon, a working speaker system.... The truck the idea some of the things going on it. the trailer getting the body smoothed out, thats all for now hope to have more updates next week.

Just a little work done on the top of the casket to smooth it out and cover the foam. also decided to fill the holes for the axle sense I have to lower the fenders so that the lid will open on the casket, to get the detail in the missing hole did a silly putty mold and filled that mold with epoxy resin and cut to fit, just need to clean it up a bit.
