good stuff brad. loving the look!!!! -
BOING! as far as glue goes tim...if you use CA do not make any mistakes aligning the pieces. it will bond fast......oops i mean instantly!! you will not get it apart!! i'd use a 5 minute epoxy (of your choosing)....just in case. those brakes are a thing of beauty tim.

ted, we ALL make mistakes and this board would be worthless if we aren't learning something. let's not forget that the system that you and bill were describing is a setup that was widely used. just not the ONLY system used. the o.p. setup is in fact correct as as is. thank you bill for acknowledging your error. pic of vintage like matt's. pic of modern blown alcohol altered. and just so you know i was thinking of you bill here is a modern alcohol funny car(just a few years ago) you might recognize the name ....frank manzo. he runs a toothed idler (at least when this pic was taken.) . hope this helps.

matt, your drive belt / tensioner arrangements are correct. these two gentlemen are incorrect. if you'd like photographic proof i can supply literally thousands of pictures. love the build!!!

paul, can't stop staring at this........WONDERFUL!!! -
tim, incredible job on the brake hats!!!! i'm always blown away by your work in this scale. paul's lenco is killer looking!!! fantastic work paul. as far as paul's lenco fitting tim's bellhousing.....it should. this is what happens when the aftermarket does there homework and makes CORRECT parts!!!!!!!!! ti'ms bellshousing was designed to fit a lenco bolt pattern. the cs-3, the cs-1 and the cs-2 as well as the new cs-4 share the exact same mounting bolt pattern. it's a bit of a pet peeve of mine that some people / companies, make and sell imaginary parts that don't fit anything but their own stuff. it's nice to see that people who care about accuracy are starting to come into play with model parts. cudos to you paul and TDR. great work fellas!!!!!!!!!

brad, thank you!!! tim, thanks but, i'm sure they got nothing to worry about! hehe. bob, the stagger is on purpose. sort version is, it keeps the the tire in the beam longer and helps shorten the track. left side is always leading, right always trailing. hope this helps.
