  6. I always go to briansmodelcars.com if I'm looking for a review. I found this in under 2 minutes for you. http://www.briansmodelcars.com/reviews/review/358 I hope this helps.
  7. This is a good point. I was wondering the same things. What is it that you're looking for? Models are models and there is no limit to your possibilities and creativity. That being said however, I personally wouldn't put a 354 Caddy in a '72 Chevy C10. A big block or small block Chevy engine or even a straight six would be more appropriate. But like I said, it's your model. You can put a WWII airplane engine in it if you'd like. So I guess I ask the same questions, what are your questions?
  8. Cool idea. I'll be watching!
  9. That's cool that you still have and that it's been completed!
  10. What's your method for cutting the basswood? The time I tried doing it, it went crazy and starting splitting. I couldn't get it to cut how I wanted it to.
  11. I find I tend to part out a lot of AMT's '62 Impala SS convertibles and AMT's '34 Ford coupes.
  12. I'm going "real".
  13. Two of my best friends have Herbie replicas. This is a pic of my driveway.
  14. Yeah, let's see some pics.
  15. Here's my Chrometech USA story......I was building my Paddy Wagon and as some of you may know, everything that's plated in that kit is gold plated. Well, the plating was horrible as only one side seemed to get plated and the other side of the tree ended up just receiving the overspray of the plating process. This wasn't going to work for me so I called Bob and he advised me to go ahead and send in what I had and he would try to match the color of gold plating I had. What he sent me back was awesome!! The plating turned out amazing and no one would ever know I had a problem to begin with. After that, I will always use Chrometech for my plating needs.
  16. You have a problem.
