  1. The weather here stays pretty darn nice so I don't really have to worry about stocking up on painted bodies. But I'm going to FINALLY buy myself a permanent desk for just my modeling. I've wanted one my entire modeling life and I've always used a card table, kitchen table, coffee table.....whatever flat surface I can get my hands on. I find I don't model as much because I have to drag all of my stuff out and then put it all back away. It's a real pain in the butt. It will be sooo nice when I can just walk up to or walk away from my desk!! I told the wifey that it's going to be all mine and that I'm not sharing!
  2. Yeah, that's a real turd. Looks good to me!

  8. This post is three years old........ However, I wanted to say, "at least he got directions". My RG motor didn't come with any.

  14. Got 'er cleared this morning. I'm going to let it sit for a week or so and then give her a nice rub-down. I'm pretty excited to be at this step. It's getting closer!! I also got my taillights finished up. I'm also happy with how this has turned out. It's a huge improvement over the kit-supplied set if you ask me. I still have to get rid of the "1969" license plate and put on copies of his exact plates.
  15. It came out of AMT's '34 Ford Coupe. And thank you.
  16. Thought I'd pull this back out. I got some BMF'n done tonight and I'm hoping to have this all wrapped up nice and snug in a coupla coats of clear tomorrow if all goes well.
