  1. You should foil the rest of the A pillar. They were all chrome/stainless. Looks good though. My dad has a red '64 Impala SS that he's owned for 38 years now. I've been collecting parts for quite a while now to build him a replica. Problem is, I want to build two of them so I can have one for myself.
  2. I literally said "Holy ######" out loud!
  3. That's an angry looking car! Ready to tear some stuff up.
  4. SUPER nice!!
  5. You're making this look easy!
  6. That's totally cool!! Nice.
  7. ....or worse yet, when you have a 6-page build thread going and you happen to notice that the picture on page one looks exactly like the picture on page 6!
  8. WOW!!! Incredible!!
  9. I'm watching this one for sure!! I LOVE these cars!
  10. Now THAT'S cool!
  11. ....but now, you're hood pins are going to be off.
  12. What would it take to finish it? 20 minutes?
  13. I agree with everything you're saying. I just thought the car would be more aesthetically pleasing if the rear wheels were centered in the wheel well. While everything you said is true, this model will most likely be in the slammed down in the rear position permanently where a real car (with hydraulics) would be up and down all of the time. In the real car world, you're right, it wouldn't make sense to make that compensation. But I was just thinking, with this being a model, that it might look a little better sitting on the shelf that way.
  14. What do you mean by "leveled off"?
  15. Bash you how? What did I miss? Who in the hell would bash John Teresi? He's not only one of the best model builder's out there in my opinion, he's also a super-nice guy! I'm confused!
  16. Hammer that baby!!
  17. MMmm, I'll have to check that out.
  18. My God Steve! I LOVE your work!!
  19. Nevermind. I just realized that the deck lid is from a '64.
  20. I was just curious how this works/came out with the alligator clip holding your trunk lid on your painted surface.....?
  21. Wow! Nice save!!
  22. Nicely done! VERY clean!!
