Right, I'll do it like I did on this one. It was easy enough, just sand off the kit details, and made some reflector mirrors, and lights .

This model was gave to me by my buddy while attending the Cincy show last week. He wanted the sprue out of it to make a trailer. He wound up with 2 by the end of the day, so we decide to do a build at about the same time of the same car. Mine will of course be fire related. Just started making some parts to load up the trunk, as I have cut it open. Paint scheme will be White over red, and I hope to label it for Sandusky County Ohio, as my friend was kind enough to make me a map of all the fire districts in Sandusky County. Any way, here are some pics. Enjoy an thanks for looking, Dave.

Thank you for the nice comments guy's. Price wise, I paid $73.00 for what I got. I only bought the car, which comes with interior ,glass ,bumpers, head and tail lights, and a set of the clear domes he offers for the twinsonic light bar. I did not buy the frame base for the light bar, so TOTAL cost might be a little higher. I would FOR SURE buy this again, for a resin kit it went together very well and had crisp lines. FYI, You will need the 70 Ford a donor kit, but I do think other Ford kits might work as well. Happy Modeling, Dave.

I bought 3 the last time they came out, probably get 3 or 4 more just for the twinsonic light bar.

Heck Yea. Nice deal, looks like it should hold a lot of model parts -
They all look nice to me. Seen a couple of mine. I didn't see any 'poor' builds, the competition is really getting to a higher lever that's for sure. Thanks for posting the link.

I also like the color combo, they play well to each other. Nice job. -
I was there as well, and kinda bummed over the awards. I think a few kids got scammed over the 'new' judging. But anyway, it was nice to meet you Bill, and like you said, put a face to the name. My opinion on the way to award great models, just have a first place in EVERY category. It gives everyone at least a 'chance' to be recognized for whatever category they are in. Since they put the ' past winner rule ' in effect, it keeps a NEW winner in each category every year. Jut my opinion. I'll still go next year, and still enjoy meeting everyone, and just good model chit-chat.

Thanks for the nice comments. They had 2 of these cars, bought from a surplus order from the Cleveland P.D. They had the 351's in them. Real TURDS according to my dad, didn't run worth a darn, for a police car anyway. My dad felt the same way!

I'll be there as well. Look for me around the EMERGENCY table. I'll have my Dodge life squad and 3 cop cars sitting there, stop over and say HEY. FYI, I'm a short bald guy,

Here is my 1970 Ford police car I had going over in the work bench thread. Thank for looking,Dave. Still have minor things yet to finish, like the door handles and trunk lid, but she's close enough for pics.

Here is the '78 Ford from Missing Link Resin. I built this car for my father, who at the time drove the 78 Ford for the Fairfield Twp police dept. Here in southwestern Ohio. I gave it to him this past Christmas, in a shadow box, that had a photo of me next to the real car , Christmas day 1977. 35 years in the making. Thanks for looking,Dave.

Looks right on it. Nice job. -
Here are a few updates. Most of the graphics are done, still need to add city name and state to drivers door badge. I decided to build up a city police car instead of the highway patrol, as my decals were not correct for what I had in mind at the start of this build. Cant make up my mind to which emergency light I want to use, anyone want to chime in , feel free. Here are a few pics.
