  1. I think you are bring too literal on the part number. Yes the physical number wouldn't change but it should have had rev change. Thats why all of the cars with that part were recalled.
  2. Signing off for the wrong color primer is a liitle less serious than an ignition switch. Also why did he change the part if he thouht there wasn't an issue.
  3. Chris looks great. Just curious why didn't you use aluminum.
  4. Not a surprise to me , that show has a much relevance as Prospectors to the weather channel. Also take a look at some of the other neworks that are running programs out of their namesake. SyFy , Discovery and the History channel. This is why I canceled paid programming in February.
  5. Actually the number being used for the percentage calculation are not meaningful. The part in question was changed and GM doesn't know how many switches have the problem. So to use the total recall numbers creates a meaningless number. Second the percentage is irrelevant. The is a thing in law called "guilty knowledge ". When the issue was brought up and ignored by GM was where the legal issues happened. With the law the statistics have no meaning. If GM had acted responsibly and taken ownership of the problem we wouldn't have over 22 pages talking about this.
  6. GM Does not deserve a bailout period. I don't buy in to the too big to fail. If we bail GM out then why should they change their ways. In fact they haven't learned from the past. Also why should any company change. Its unfortunate that people who had no part in this will be hurt but there has to be consequences for these type of decisions. However if we expect for things to change then rewarding bad behavior has to stop.
  7. Nice job. Any issues building it?
  8. What I find amazing is that they are still sellihg fireworks. In a time where common sense isn't common and fireworks definitely require it for use. Just did a bag of microwave popcorn and most are purely common sense. Caution contents will be hot. Really. As far as the federal offense postings there are people that read it and then do it anyway because they think they won't get caught.
  9. Great job on the headlights.
  10. Nice job. What kits did you use?
  11. Ah modeling building at its best. Sounds like you had a lot of fun building it. Great job.
  12. Looks great.
  13. From my experience the only value for ISO is a marketing sound byte. Sad thing is ISO could be a good tool right but there isn't any interest in do a good implementation.
  14. The GM defense attorneys also love it because they can blame the cell phone for all or part of the accident induced by the faulty parts.
  15. Yep just looked it up. Airbag issue incorrect parts in assembly.
