  1. I noticed Revell just added it to their new product list this morning. my local hobby shop just called to say mine had come in...
  2. They refused to even see her? They might need a referral from a Medical Doctor before they could treat her and bill Medicare. They refused cash? I can't imagine why they would do that. I suggest you call other care providers in your area to see how they deal with Medicare patients...good luck.
  3. I like this a lot. 2 ?s----.will the kit have the chrome done? what parts will needed to finish the build?
  4. Nice model...fantastic video!! thanks for sharing both.
  5. Not really a big early Mustang fan.... .but speaking of Mustang kits in a series, I sure would like a full detail '14-17 Mustang kit. (a coupe AND a convertible would be best) not trying to change the subject tho

    1948 Ford

Missed this 1st time around....very nice!
  7. That Dodge seems like an odd car to model...both are nicely done tho.
  8. Nice job on both....
  9. The Revell of Germany 300SLR kit (race version of the 300sl from the 50's) has tall n taller narrow rubber tires that fit Revell 48 Ford rims. The "fronts" look good on fendered street rods and the "rears" look good on fenderless cars. Various Japanese VW kits have great front tires for hot rods. (I realize you were not seeking hot rod style big n littles...but I thought this might help vs. those old AMT tires that never looked right to me) Sorry no pics.
  10. yes just the dropped axle and the rear spring/radius rod assembly. I think the custom version may have shorter front shocks...my kit isn't available to me to check right now.
  11. The chassis parts interchange (dropped axle and lowered rear spring) the kits are the same except the body and interior. I don't know about the fade aways but Id assume they'd fit too.
  12. ^^^ Too funny! Thanks for the chuckle....
  13. very nice...glad to finally see some of these built!
  14. This is the only "Duke's" Charger I've ever liked...nice save!
  15. Modelhaus did one..had a.440/6pack hood option and a corrected interior too. But they are no longer being made.......
  16. VERY nice!....
  17. I get my Japanese orders just as quickly (or quicker) than those from the mid-west or east coast. Usually for about the same price. Sometimes be too "frugal" is kind of expensive... "emotionally"
  18. it will only be as smooth (or as rough) as the surface it's being applied to.
  19. Wide whites in 66? Not that I can remember. I wish they'd done some corrective work on the grille. But I am very glad to have a Suburban finally.
  20. I saw one of those bodies this weekend....the conversion is well done for the most part.. but it is a very thick casting and wil require quite a bit of work to look as nice as the one pictured. A friend of mine is "fixing" it thinning the inside of the roof, filling sinks in the body sides and redoing the window openings/frames. Perhaps a new casting could be made to save others all that work. The proportions are nearly perfect so it's well worth fixing the few short comings...
  21. I agree, I just saw some bodies he did for a friend of mine...coudn't be nicer. I've seen other products of his that ...well, free would be too high a price.
  22. very nice! (you got the steering wheel on the "wrong" side tho...
