I’m not a military model builder so I have no idea where to source aftermarket parts for them. Can anyone suggest where to find a minigun and / or turret like the styles pictured here? I figure there’s gotta be an aftermarket supplier or someone who 3D prints it. Needs to be 1/24 or 1/25 scale.

I also bought a diecast drag car once specifically to use the engine and wheels on a plastic build.

I have the pictured kits/parts/rebuilders to trade. Most are complete kits, some missing a few parts but unstarted. All unsealed.Off the top of my head- Foose truck missing engine & wheels. Chevy pickup is parts only, no body or chassis. 65 low rider is missing decals. The 80 Monte Carlo is a mint promo. The 62 Impala is an old screw bottom AMT. Gone fishing Boat & trailer is complete & unpainted. Snowmobile from Revell Jeep Honcho. Decals are Mint. Chevy mirrors are white metal. Clydesdale box is unsealed but sealed inside. Will combine deals for the right trades. PM for questions. Glidden T-bird is a parts kit with body, missing majority of drag parts. What I’m looking for in trade will be in the reply. My wanted kits do not have to be brand new.

This was a 70 superbee, initially I thought it was an AMT but due to the brown plastic I’m thinking a different manufacturer. I got it as a painted rebuilder. I’ve done plenty of glue bomb rebuilder kits before but this is a first . As usual , I soaked it between purple power and DOT3 for several days to remove the paint & glue build up. Upon removing it from the last soak in DOT3 and scrubbing the remaining paint off, the plastic basically disintegrated. I’ve done plenty of fixer uppers but this one is pretty much too far gone. Any idea what went wrong?

Need the window and body side vents for the Revell 66 Mustang.

If you used hollow evergreen tube, you could super glue it to the inside wall of the trunk, then slide the metal end into the tube. This would prevent having to use all that putty to hold it.

Thanks guys this info helps. Yes pairing the 67 chassis to the 66 body was my plan since the 66 is so basic and the metal axles. I may just go with the Revell 66 kit over the AMT.

Are these two kits interchangeable to kit bash without major modifications? One appears to be more detailed than the other from pictures I’ve seen. For example would the 67 chassis under the 66 body or the 66 interior tub fit in the 66 body?

Interesting to see how this kit compares to the AMT Duster. Duster was way more detailed as a factory kit. The wheels look larger than most of the kit supplied rallye wheels ive seen, is that true or just in the photos?
