  1. Considering I haven't started mine yet, this won't be boring to me at all. Subscribed.
  2. In cases like that... doughnuts can be deployed as a diversionary tactic...
  3. EDIT: Duh, you've already said you checked those. I got nothin'.
  4. Don't see what all the fuss is about.... 1: remove glue from parts 2: toss body in purple pond for a long soak 3: sand away paint and rough patches 4: primer body 5: primer parts 6: apply several smooth coats of paint 7: polish body 8: glue chassis back properly 9: apply factory decals 10: clearcoat 11: snap pictures 12: post up build thread. Good as new!
  5. Too much torque applied to a shadily built suspension = Looking at a pumpkin and rear axle with wheels still attached lying on the ground without a chassis.
  6. Prepare for the Poxxy-Kilpse....
  7. Thanks guys.... now I have to wipe freaking DROOL off the keyboard.
  8. The non-gang affiliated kind...
  9. I'm sorry, but that's the shortest looking Belvedere/Fury I have ever seen. From the distance between the front fenders to the tail, it's got to be chopped to fit that suspension. EDIT: Or maybe it's just the absence of the chin bumper that's throwing me off....
  10. < Message about "tagging" reviewed and dutifully edited THEN erased for the benefit of the sensitive onlookers. > Carry on.
  11. Nah... it's still sitting next to my "General"....
  12. Ebay, although the guy that makes them is on the forum here as well. Search in the forums for Mad Max Conversion kit and you'll find my thread. He hopped in here and introduced himself. EDIT: found it............ http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=75292
  13. Nice model! Eh? I love cars like this. You can't completely call them "foreign" due to the American parts in them, but what other countries do to make them look different is pretty awesome! Great stuff!
  14. I've lost The Game. Masking like that is INCREDIBLE. Wow.
  15. I need to start working on my Aoshima kit with resin conversion to the Interceptor's original state. Yup. I need to do this.
  16. I just went into my happy dance....
  17. This is the decal sheet that comes with the RR tin from MPC/AMT/R2. As par for the course with R2, nearly all of the decals have no innumeration on them to say where exactly they need to go. I know 2 of the bird logos go on the interior door up near the dashboard, and one of the RR letterings goes on the woodgrain insert on the passenger side dash itself. The striping is easy as are the engine "designators", and one of the round logos goes on the top og the nose. The half moon air cleaner decals are obvious, so what about the red ring and other stuff? NOTE: I am doing mine in black with red stripes.
  18. I can't look at it... it's burning my retinas. Awesome!
  19. I like it's cosmic look! Cool!
  20. Wow. Just.... WOW.
  21. We call them "frankensteiners", usually with good reason....
  22. This came in the mail today... And the car I'm finally getting to make from the TV series Supernatural....
  23. Here's one.... This..... Is the same as this.... Which originally started off as this Fujimi kit..... And none of these kits have the factory sawblade wheels (they are available in other kits...).
