    your buddy Dan

  8. Brian this is going to be very interesting to see how you build your trailer . Did you make the drum section?
  9. Your truck looks beautiful and ready to go to work.
  10. I’m not sure if I just got lucky or what but with test fitting the transporter with the goose neck to the Mack and everything lines up nicely!
  11. Thanks Juergen, Yes it’s the Dodge short noise Big Horn that never made it to production only 2 were ever built. Frontier resin sells them and the hood adornment comes with it. I did a WIP when I built it about 5 years ago.
  12. Thanks Vince. It needs to be a beast to be able to pull the +/- 400 ton Vessel.
  13. Looking forward to seeing more progress.
  14. I’ve started on the tow truck that’s the Mack DM 800. Started with putting together the frame and test fixing the wheels from AITM. I’m now checking to see which transporter fits best with the heights of the Mack it looks like transporter #3 the taller one will connect the best. Here’s the mock up with the up graded wheels. Next I will have a mock-up of the goose neck and transporter attached to the Mack. I appreciate everyone’s comments.
  15. Hakan, Lee, thanks for your comments

  17. Excellent start Tom. Looking forward to seeing more.
  18. I’ve been able to finish transporter #3 still have transporter #2 & #4 to start. Plus finish the vessel and the Mack. I have the transporters loaded up for shipment to the port where the vessel would arrive.
  19. Joe I know what you mean about hesitating the finishing up and afraid of screwing something up and having to rework it. I know that you’re going to have a great finish on this one! I’m looking forward to meeting up with you again at another model show to. Maybe Modelmeana in October?
  20. Geoffrey the primer brings out all your fine details that you have added and it’s going to look fantastic when you have the final paint on.
  21. Nice work on the air cleaner Pat.
