I went thru my decals and found a sheet, probably from a tanker as there are some AMOCO logos. There are also four Fruehauf logos on this sheet. PM me your address so I can mail it to you.
I need to do the same thing. My plan is to get 2 sheets of 3/4 plywood or MDF.I need to build two benches 70" long. Lowes will cut the 4x8 to a 30" width and 70" length. The remaining ends will be the legs.I have a room with a 140" wall and I think that will be a good start. I'll possibly build a riser at he back with whatever material is leftover.
There is FAR too much anonymity on the web AND most of the forums I visit. The presence of a real sig is what makes me come here more & more and less and less at others.
I checked my stash and I have the Bronco that you show in the 3rd picture sitting on top of a box labeled Cheez Cast. I got this kit off ebay.It came in a plain brown box,but does have the full cab and all the parts shown.
It looks very well done, and the theory of the pressure washing is good.I'd scatter a few tools(hammer, chisel, you know all the stuff for precision work) around the fenders and floor.
So I can now build again after living with relatives & some health problems. Had some Mustangs laying around that I got off ebay and decided to chop the top on a Stallion, mostly because the WS pillar was broken.
So what's the drill on posting pics here?
Sharpen a dowel in a pencil sharpener and the discs will fall into place and align themselves. I used SG and that worked fine.I can see where epoxy would give some time to adjust things.
I used to offer advice... sometimes A LOT of advice, maybe too much. I've stopped mostly because I'm tired of typing about the same old flaws. Basically I'm using the old "if I can't say something nice I won't say anything.
