  1. He also does custom requests. The one exhibited here is one such request from yours truly : 1975-1976 Dart / Duster .
  2. I don't remember if MPC added the new-for-1975 EGR "idiot light" , but I can't imagine that they'd go through the trouble :
  3. Other than the headlamp pull switch, the other gauges are temp., ammeter, and fuel :
  4. I just ordered a set of the 1970-1971 Dodge Deluxe Wheel Covers , @George Bojaciuk , but I haven't received any confirmation email nor receipt-of-payment. Not sure if my living in the 'States has anything to do with this ? Different processing ? Thanks.
  5. I test-fitted the bonnet on my copy of this M-100, and it fits perfectly. No warpage nor other fitment issues.
  6. IIRC, the Imperial was still a full perimetre frame until 1966 ; its alpha body style was D-Body. There were still high-perf versions of the 1965-1968 C-bodies , be they 383-HP or 426-S , they could be had with 4-speeds ( no 440 / 4-speeds though ). Since I'm a fan of the more utilitarian models, I'm keen on the police and taxi models (perhaps the rarest is a survivor NYC-spec taxi ; those with an "N" as the second character of the VIN).
  7. - Dash from the new(er) reissue of the MPC 1975-1976 Dart Sport is the correct dash for the 1970-1976 Duster non-Rallye (1971 was its final year, 340 models) and 1971-1972 Demon, etc. - EV2 originated in Spring 1969 ; the "E" prefix = 1969. - I was close on the wheel covers. Tom hoover had them on his '66 Coronet Hemi (The King of I-696 ) , though his were from his '56 Fury. Glad that you still have a set for this build.
  8. Definitely following. Are you planning to keep the kit's Rallye dash ? EV2 Tor-Red / Hemi Orange was around from 1969 - 1972 . Not sure why Scale Finishes states it's a 1972 colour. Those wheel covers resemble mid-1950's Plymouth wheel covers.
  9. Just about every MPC kit from c.1982 through the ERTL era to the RC2 era had them - I think that Round2 finally ditched them .
  10. I know that the CHP used them ( B07 Olds Apprehender the year prior ; LTDs as well for 1970-1971).
  11. Looks like an MPC assembly.
  12. Absolutely. ADAM-12 used - as you'd mentioned - 1966/1967 Belvederes (first , short , season), 1968-1970 Belvederes, 1971 Satellite, then a 1972 Matador (until series' end in 1975) . LAPD (and LASD) used the mid-sized cars (and sometimes compacts) ; full-sized were 'reserved' for the fledgling state agencies (until 1975, 1976 when the CHP started downsizing its fleet to the B-body Monaco / Fury, still with 440 power) . Heck, a 1975-1978 Nova 9C1 would be the bee's knees !
  13. Manufacturers whose namesake is entitled to inferior products made of inferior materials - what was once unacceptable trash is now the standard
  14. Here and There by Shadow Project
  15. Definitely a 1984-1990 9C1 Caprice , 1993-1996 9C1 Caprice, 1998-2011 P71 Crown Victoria, 1974 Monaco A38, 1969 Monaco A38...
  16. I'd imagine that the early FX ( Ford-O-Matic ) case number (part number) would've been updated with any subsequent changes ; for example (and just a hazard guess) : - "A9--" (1949) for the early models ; - "B5--" (1955) for the liquid cooler models ; - "C3--" (1963) for final -if any- upgrades / updates . Again, just a supposition of mine based upon how Fo Mo Co part number assignments are applied via updates / upgrades . The Super-Turbine 300 (Pontiac 2-speed) was air cooled (in addition to the torque converter's fluid cooling properties).
  17. Well, of course ! Haha. Needs the proper 1975-1978 engine compartment, too... and the 9.25" differential, a separate exhaust, the (dreadful) ELB computer on the air cleaner, etc., etc. A scratch-builder I bain't - that correct boiler room alone would drive me to the brink of sanity ! A Dana 44 looks the part of a Chrysler 9.25" (close enough), and is certainly better 'an the 8.75" which went bye-bye after the '74 model year. But, at least Round2 hook us up with much better wheels (no more 15x10" rims !) , a correct push bar, and other better "A38" equipment - the prima facie is handled. But, yeah, that Chrysler B/RB - 4-speed combo's always bothered me. Fixin' to suppose that the 440 / T-Flite from the '68 Coronet R/T kits would at least be a drop-in affair (different air cleaner and revised rocker arm covers to complete the update). BTW, I never did understand the MSP's use of the "STOP" embellishment on the bonnet.
  18. Engine and trans from the 1971 Charger R/T would be a fine starting point for that upgrade - just a couple of minor changes to bring it up to 1977/1978 appearance.

  21. I've two bratty felines who I love to pieces : - Tao , a black & white farm cat. He's 4 years old ; had him since he was 3 months . - Emily , a Dilute Calico. She's +/- 4 months old, I've had her since June this year. I've had many cats over the last 30+ years ; I was just crying over me beloved Molly Anne ( 18.5.2002 - 10.8.2019 ) , gone 5 years today.
  22. Exactly. It's a really slick setup.
  23. With Emily "Pippi" - they invited me to nap with them, so I obliged.
  24. Tao Bug with that delightful cat smile, snoozing away.
