MCM Ohana (6/6)

  1. Fabulous build right here. The engine looks amazing with all the correct detailing you’ve done. I like how you made those ugly tail lights look right.
  2. BSI Gold works great for me, as I never had a problem with it fogging chrome, or windows. I also use Zap a Gap thin for anywhere I use a CA, except for chrome or windows, and their medium, for filling gaps, etc.
  3. You and me both. This is sooooo freaking cool. That truck looks amazing. Very nice set up with the Landy figure.
  4. Most excellent builds. You did both cars justice. From some pics I’ve seen, the Black Arrow also had two rear bumper guards as well. I wouldn’t worry about the front wheels, as many racers were constantly changing wheels, tires, etc. But I understand that you are going for the look the car had in its day. Very nice job on your builds,
  5. I purchased some Nylon Cord for Beading at Michael’s. I think it looks ok on my build.
  6. 1 pay off everything. 2 donate to actual worthy causes. 3 move away from the US. 4 buy a castle. 5 furnish said castle. 6 disappear forever.
  7. Great job on the rear tail lights. Looks way better. Those mopar headers are pretty universal. I’ve used them on many builds. They fit easily in many engine bays.
  8. IIRC, I built mine with the spindles as the instructions suggested. A little high, but a lot of these cars sat up a bit in the front.
  9. BTW, did you find a windshield for the Plymouth/Dodge? I looked, and I have a bunch of Moebius parts, EXCEPT what you are looking for.
  10. What do you mean it doesn’t look too good? You did a very nice job on the build. I think it looks great! Something to be proud of. Just remember, that every build is like practice for your next one.
  11. Very nicely done. Nice big block with a Dominator looks all business. The engine valve covers matches the car perfect.
  12. Fantastic work. The interior pieces look very realistic.
  13. Nice progress, Bill. Looks better slightly lower I think. One thing with these Moebius AWB kits, is, I wish they included two additional halves of the stick transmission version of the engines in the box. Since some were sticks and some autos that were raced. But I get it. The company wants to make money.
  14. Ahhh. I’m on an iPhone. Maybe the computer shows more. Thank you sir.
