  1. Thanks guys! What do you use for the clear windows? I assume these Competition Resin bodies don't come with clear windows.
  2. How are the Competition Resins' resin Bodies? Are they nicely cast? Are they easy to paint? Any information or pictures will be appreciated.
  3. I just came across this thread. This is a beautiful build! The SMBC kits looks like real winners. Mike.
  4. Norbert, Thanks for posting the pictures of your Pinto. It looks great! What paint and color did you use? Is this made from the MPC Dyno Don Pro Stock Pinto kit or did you use a resin kit to build this? Mike.
  5. Chris, I just found this thread and have to say nice pictures. Thanks for posting. Mike.
  6. Norbert, Can you post some pictures of your Dyno Don 73 Pinto P/S? Mike.
  7. Ron, Excellent start on this one! I like the look of the cage. Mike.
  8. I say build it. From what I've seen of Rick's J-2000 in pictures this kit is as dead on as you can get. I have one of these and I plan on building it, someday. I also have a few of the Beretta Pro Street kits but never picked up the Corvette. That's really cool to have but you can never build it.
  9. Norbert, These 2 came out beautiful and look like the real cars. Very well done! Can you post some pictures of your Dyno Don 73 Pinto P/S? Mike.
  10. Chris, Excellent work so far! I'v always been a big fan of the A-Team although I admit I haven't seen the 2010 movie yet. BTW, is that a Mork & Mindy Jeep you made into Daisy's jeep in the background of a couple of the pictures? Mike.
  11. Mike, It's great to see this one complete! It really looks like the actual 1:1 van. Very well done! Mike.
  12. Jay, I'm glad to see you are back. I can't wait to see this one finished.
  13. Hector, Very nice build and the paint looks great! I also like that you didn't use the roll cage that came with the kit and built the loop style roll bar that most of the General Lees had on screen. Mike.
  14. Jason, I just came across this build. It's beautiful and considering it was damaged and started by the previous owner it makes it that much more special. Excellent job! Mike.
  15. Tyrone, Now that's a work of art and looks like glass with the clear!
  16. Vic, Nice Charger! I really like the color.
  17. Jon, Excellent clean build! The '68 Charger has always been one of my favorites. BTW, what color did you use? It looks like it could be Hemi Orange?! Mike.
  18. Tyrone, it looks great with the decals applied! BTW, what brand of clear will you use over the decals?
  19. I never noticed the taper on the extension. A thin piece of styrene could be added to the front of the 'extension' section. It can then be tapered back with some sanding and maybe some putty to blend it better. I now see the rear cap is the standard cap on all the vans.
  20. Logan, Great start on your 'Phantom' custom build! I can't wait to see more pictures. Mike.
  21. Tom, Your extended van is incredible! I never would have thought it was made from the Vantom kit. It looks like it came that way. How did you make the side moldings? Mike.
  22. Excellent choice on the color! It's looking great.
  23. I'm glad I could help.
  24. Dominik, You did an excellent job on this. I especially like the broken rear window. It looks real. BTW, you can change the title of the thread by hitting the edit button in your 1st post and then choose the 'Use Full Editor' option and you can change the title of the thread.
