  1. That's a really cool little kit.
  2. Thank you very much David... I built this one back in June of 2009. I bought a few resin Mustang hoods and other Mustang body accessories from PSF Hobbies. They make really good resin parts. You can find PSF Hobbies on eBay. They also have a website: PSF Hobbies
  3. That's what I've done. It's a picture I found online a few years back and enlarged it and printed it on three 8.5x11 card stock paper.
  4. Yeah, it's my standard background I use for photographing my model cars. It makes the model look more realistic and as if they were in a museum or showroom. I also have other backgrounds that I use for themes.
  5. very nice looking Camino.

  10. Model Kit: Fujimi Kit # 12479 Built: 11-25-08 Scale: 1/24 Model Box
  11. This was a very smooth build. Everything went very well together as most Tamiya kits do. Straight from the box with the exception of the cable wire that I've added to give it a more realistic look. Great kit to buy if you are interested in building a wildcat. Model: Tamiya kit # 61034 Built: 3-07-09 Scale: 1/48th Model Box:
  12. I love what you've done to this Z06. Especially the rear window split and engine detail. Curious... How did you slip the rear window and cut the window to fit? Again, a beautiful build!!! Five stars to you my friend on this build!!!
  13. VERY VERY Nice looking Z. Love the color and wheels.
  14. Tell me about it... If I knew then what I know now, I may of never built that kit. Oh well, live and learn. At least it educated me for future builds.
  15. This first Formula 1 race car that I've ever build. Also it was the hardest model kit EVER for me to build. I don't think I'll ever build another Forumla 1 race car. If I ever do think of building another one, I'm going to build the Tamiya kits. I think it would be easier and a more fun build. All-in-All, I think it came out ok. Besides all the trouble I had to build it. Model Kit: Revell Kit # 07252 Built: 01-01-09 Scale: 1/24th Model Box
  16. This is my first World War I biplanes that I've ever built. It was a fun build. Mainly straight from the box with the exception of the cable wires that I've added to make it look more accurate and realistic. Model Kit: Eduard Kit # 8055 Built: 2-21-05 Scale: 1/48th Model Box:
  17. Love the originality of the kit!! Cool build!! B)
  18. David, just wanted to let you know that I posted the Tuxedo Lambo. :)

  19. Here's my Tribute to Angel Herrera a fellow model builder that passed away on September 2010. His last build was a Lamborghini that he did an AWESOME job on build and paint job. What better way to honor him then me building a Lamborghini in his honor. I watched the TV Show Street Customs and I loved the Lamborghini that they designed and I decided that would be the perfect design for my Lamborghini. I'm not as good as Angel, but I think he would be pleased with my work. What you think? I also won Third Place in a model contest in tribute to Angel, The Theme was "Anything Goes in Memory of Angel Herrera". Model Kit: Fujimi Kit # 12196 Built: 11-24-10 Scale: 1/24 Model Box I even designed a custom license plate with Angel's name on it. Here's the model with the Trophy it won.
  20. I'm digging it!!! Love the color. What color is that?

    66 Impalla SS

Love seeing stock builds. Not many people build them that way. EXCELLENT work!!!
  22. Beautiful build. Love it!!!
  23. Love the bike. It looks beautiful. Did you scratch build the seat or did it come in the revell kit? AWESOME job!!!
  24. This year has been a very productive year when it comes to building models. I have so far built 24 kits and there's still three more in the works. I won't post all (as it may break this post) but I will post a few. My first build of this year was this little SmartCar. It was a cool project. Never did one and non of my model car club members done one yet. I was the first My Ninth Build was this 68 Firebird painted to look like the one that Chip Foose did in Overhaulin TV Show This was number thirteen Model a 69 Camaro Z-28 RS. Number Nineteen was this BMW M5 that I built for my brother And this was number twenty a 1925 Model T Ford Pick-Up The last build I still have not gotten a chance to photograph it in my studio. But it's a Lamborghini Mucielago painted to look like the one that was done in the TV Show Street Customs by West Coast Customs nick named the "Tuxedo Lambo". This build was a tribute to good friend and fellow model car builder that past away this September 2010.
  25. This is the 1/48th scale model of the Citroen Traction from Tamiya. This was a fun little project to work on. Planning to use it on a Diorama one of these days. Hope one of these days, they create a 1/24th or 1/25th scale version. Model Kit: Tamiya Kit 32517 Built: 5-06-05 Scale: 1/48th Model Box: Here's the proof that this is not a 1/24th or 1/25th scale kit
