  1. Alright. After a couple days of masking and painting and everything, I am calling this box done. Just need to shoot a couple more coats of clear tomarrow. Hope you all enjoy.Jody
  2. Soon enough. I sprayed seval coats in one day, so its soft right now.Needs to dry a spell, then I can cut the tape off. Next step will be deciding what color for the outline if I do any, then clear coating it!Jody

  9. The only Hemis I like currently are black hemis as the rest are getting to be just too common! I have a idea for a 50 cheby 4x4 in the future, and it may get a blown flatty in it? I like to beez different.LOL.
  10. LOl. Yes. it will also require a tilt,remoavable hood to view the mill!
  11. HEHEHE. I got a bunch of stuff in for dirt.Amungst everything was this Datsun(Nissan) truck and a slew of 4x4 tires. So here is a quick mock up of what i am going to do.Now to just find some more suspension pieces and either a nice blown BBC or BBF! Enjoy.Jody

  15. I am interested in trying to use urathane top clear coats. I have not heard of much on this topic, but have seen some seriously nice models shot with it. Can anyone help give me intro on this subject like what to use and how to use it , when to use it, the basics is good.Thanks.Jody

  18. I like to use pin stripping tape myself too for the line as I can lay it over contours. Then tape or syran wrap over the rest of the body.Lay down in thin coats. I have heard of poeple using silver paper, whatever you call it for chroming, but A I have never been able to use it because of B, I always cut my paint job and ruin it!LOL.
