  1. Super impressive update, even though they're physically small pieces... Can't wait for your next update, Tim.
  2. My prayers and condolences to Tim's family and many friends he left behind...
  3. Cool hood mod, Tyrone! Nice build, as usual! Keep up the stellar work, brother...
  4. Looks like you're off to a good start. I have no idea where Tyrone's intercooler might have come from. You could PM him and see if he can provide you with any leads. Keep us posted with future updates.
  5. Hard to rank my favorites (mostly Fords), so will list by favorite of select decades: '28-29 Model A coupe '34 5-window coupe '57 Ford Custom 300 2-door sedan '67 Fairlane 2-door hardtop (289/C4 my first car) '78-83 Fairmont sport coupe '87-88 T-bird SC coupe '90-93 Mustang GT '55-56 Chevy Bel-Air 2-door hardtop '67 Chevelle '69 Camaro '70 Barracuda Hummer H2/H3 I'm sure I'm forgetting some...
  6. That rear end is a thing of beauty, Tim. I am totally awe-struck...!
  7. Jeff, your body-on shots cover up that beautiful chassis detail you've done, but that is one downright nasty-looking 5-7. I can't wait to see what she looks like when there's paint on her...
  8. Very nice, Chris. I think your weather the decal will make it a very convincing, even though it's a bit frayed along a couple edges.
  9. Gracious, sakes alive... Small but killer update, brother!
  10. Super crisp detailing on your '57 chassis. Gotta love it!
  11. That's a cool stance and great subject matter, Leonard. Can't wait to see what's next!
  12. Nice update, Chris. Thanks for the kind words... I can't get over how you have paid attention to the most minute detail. I love it!
  13. Very sharp build, Nick! You did an excellent job of fitting the rear tires in the wheel well openings. Super nice paint, too! I think you exceeded your goal of building a nasty looking streeter ...
  14. My word, man... I'd like to see what all is going through that mind of yours when you're planning these thing out... I'm stunned - again!
  15. Thank you Ariel. Your note is much appreciated. Very well stated Joseph...
  16. Super sharp looking build, John! Quality is first rate...
  17. Small, but phenomenal update, Chris. Looking super, brother!
  18. Welcome Felipe. Those are very clean builds you shared. I will look forward to seeing more of your work!
  19. I know this may be more info than you care/need to know, but NASCAR engines at that time were based on a 351 Windsor style of block and intake but utilized 351C-based, canted valve cylinder heads. The cylinder heads in this kit represent raised port Yates heads, as can be seen by the extra detail on the exhaust side. As Brian said, the rectangular valve covers, with eight bolts is a dead give away that it's a Cleveland style head, given the context of the kit. I have owned several 351C engines over the years, so felt compelled to provide a bit more info... LOL
  20. Tim, I'm going to stick to my opinion in your Henry thread about "raising the roof" on your Falcon project. I think to take it the other way, i.e., chopping the rear of the roof would make it a bit too cartoonish for my taste. Addressing the roof situation will keep the proportions pretty well in line. I'm looking forward to seeing where you take this...
  21. Tim, I agree - the forward roof line is too severe for my taste. It looks like an excellent candidate otherwise. Not having seen any pictures of your Henry chassis, is there any possibility of it being resurrected at some point? Just wondering...
