  1. Fredrik, you have done an absolutely phenomenal job of packing a lot of stuff into a small package - and making it look good. I love the detail you've incorporated into every nook and cranny of this build. Can't wait to see the finished pics of it!
  2. Looks like some good organizational progress... Now, do you hire out???

  4. Unbelievable work, Chris. Yet another feather in your detailing cap...
  5. Excellent looking build! I agree that the stance looks good and it's a very clean build... Nice!
  6. Really nice work, John! I don't know how I've missed this one, but I'll make it a habit to stop by and check on your progress!
  7. Thanks Randy! I'm hoping to get another update posted before too much more time passes.
  8. Gorgeous build, Dave. Of course, you haven't shared a build yet that I wasn't drooling all over... LOL
  9. Dwayne, I am thinking of possibly going a couple directions. I would like to develop 3D masters that I could then cast in resin, but am also contemplating machned aluminum. No promises, but I'm exploring my options.
  10. If it weren't for the 3D-printed hat and some things in the background, that would easily pass for a 1:1 hemi. Great job, Chris...
  11. Ed, I'm not sure I'm following your thoughts. I am wanting to 3D draw these wheels, eventually and want/need physical actual dimensions of the wheels so I can most accurately replicate them. Specs, in most cases, is only going to give me the wheel size, bolt circle, width and back spacing and I need a whole lot more info than that. A simple example is this: What is the diameter of the holes that are part of the wheel center on a Weld Magnum wheel? Dimensions will mean a whole lot more to me than just being numbers...
  12. Thanks a ton, Chris. Where did you get them from?
  13. Thanks for your reply, Jesse. I am hoping to create some new drag race wheels and am thinking of creating a few more contemporary front and rear wheels. Ones I'm definitely interested in are the Weld Alumastar 2.0 front and rear, Billet Specialties Comp 5 front and rear. Ideally, I'd like to know what the thickness of the wheel center is at its thickest and thinnest points; depths of the wheel ring, both front and rear, where major diameter changes take place as one moves inboard. Rim thickness, such as how wide a bead lock ring is when measured from its ID to OD; spoke (or in the case of Weld Magnum wheels) or hole dimensions. I suspect you get the idea. You are welcome to PM me if you want a drawing to use as a guide. I've attached a screen shot of a Weld Alumastar 2.0 spindle mount I've been working on.
  14. Where you might be able to get some accurate dimensions and details shots of a handful of contemporary wheels? Online pics can provide a good idea of what they look like but if I could get some real dimensions, that'd be even better... Let me know!
  15. crazyjim, I did actually ask Bob if it might be "resurrected" at some point in time and his answer was "no".
  16. Guys - I e-mailed Bob a couple weeks ago when I couldn't access his website. He responded at that time and stated that he is closed. I didn't ask him at the time, but just sent a note to him inquiring if he had any stock left and his e-mail bounced back to me as undeliverable, so I'm afraid the news isn't good...
  17. Bill, what lettering did you use to do the front and rear tires?
  18. Your front cover is a thing of beauty, Tim...
  19. Excellent progress Fred. I'm looking forward to your body pics and further chassis updates!
  20. Cool beans! Can't wait to see more...
  21. I'm sorry to hear about your sister's passing, Ray. My heart goes out to you and your family. Praying for you... Scott
  22. That story is so cool! It is, indeed, a great basis for a build.
  23. Very sharp build, Bill. Love the colors you chose for the body! Super job...
  24. Thanks so much Steve. I'll have to check out that Trumpeter Nova fit you noted... Scott
