  7. Thanks Dave42,,if I had $$ for after market stuff,,it would be alot better,,but its not too bad a build. Thanks you guys,,youall do some great stuff also.

  10. This would be cool too,,+1
  11. I got this one ,,built it in the early 2000's". I may have to get another ,,this has better front rims,,
  12. Wow,,fantastic work,,thats a cool design car,,looks like something they SHOULD have made,,nice
  13. Great job! I always liked the 2 tone paint styles of that era,,nice ride!
  14. Thanks Slusher,,it was fun
  15. LOL,,yea ,,thats funny. ya know,,I debated about making a whole new chassis instead of using the stock chassis,,because if this was a 1:1 car,,the 1st time you stomped on the gas w/a 1100 HP prostock mtr in it,,the frame would twist like a sick pretzel. But in the interest of using stock floorpan,,and chassis that goes w/it,,I just did it this way. The only thing I dont like about it is the headers drop a bit too far tword the ground,,I was going to make some out of solder,,but found a set that were well fitting into the engine bay,,so went w/those. All in all its a nice one to have on the shelf,,thanks for the kind words
  16. I think it wood,,lol,,,I wood agree,,lol
  17. Way cool,,that grapics decal works great on it
  18. And a bit more done on the front nose. Found a lower air dam wing for front,,looks cool on there,,and the pic of the chassis makes me understand why pro chassis builders make so much $$!! I had to open up clearance for rear tires,,and trimmed the whole width, of chassis,,,also found some cool rims for it. Just have to work up some rear wheel tubbing,,and x-tra roll bar/driver frame supports,,and should be good to go,,so,,, Happy building!
  19. Just a couple more theme reference pics,,love these cars,,amazing what was built + driven back then..
