That looks great!! I'm imagining that you don't have to have all the blades in it and that you can vary the size of the spacers. If that's the case It would be very useful. A little pricey.

That depends on the class that they're entered in. Turismo Producion uses original engines. Turismo Mayor is a lot more wide open and the winning Studebakers are running what amounts to a NASCAR small block Chevy. They've been known to top 190 mph during the event on public roads that aren't even closed!

I agree that's it's too fuzzy for stock carpet but it's just about right for some 1960's custom cars. I think they used yak fur!

I've used Testors bonding spray, Clear Krylon, and clear Duplicolor and they all work fine. Right now I'm using this stuff that I get at Hobby Lobby. You have a choice of gloss or matte so if you're making a decal to go on a battery or such that should have a flat finish you can do that.

I agree. The wheel/tire combo looks good on the front but they don't really fill the rear wheel wells enough and the stance looks a little low in the back. But overall that's a great looking build especially for just the second one!! I'm glad I don't still have my second build to show you! Keep it up!!

The sail panels combined with that pleated piece made a cantilever style roof that you used in place of the bubble. Here's a picture of the kit with the guard on the blower drive: After I looked around on the net I found some pictures of the real thing with the guard on it so I guess it was used sometimes.
