  1. Almost got the interior done today, only some minor things to complete...
  2. Yeah man! That's hot rodding at it's best!
  3. Gona look awesome with those Wheels!!!! Keep up the good work man!
  4. Don't worry, I'll post pic's along the whole build-up! But remember, I'm a bit slow......
  5. More interior work this week:
  6. WOW! Nice to see Another custom Chrysler being built!
  7. More progress on the interior today:
  8. put some body colour paint to the otherwise White pearl dash today:
  9. I re-built this old promo in just a few weeks trying to get out of a building slumber, and I did!!! It feels great to build model kits again! There's no such thing as "finish" on this one, but in my opinion It has a lot of attitude, and that was my goal!
  10. Well, to be honest It looks about the same in clearcoat as I used satin-finish / semi-gloss clear. I want that "raw" primer-look. I want this model to actually scream "Attitude" when looked at! New pic's of the finished model will be presented in about 12 hours!
  11. Almost finished, a couple of minutes ago I put the Fuzzy Dice in the mirror and mounted the windows to the body.
  12. Truly Amazing models!!I'm very impressed by Your "art deco" scratchbuilt cars!
  13. Cool builds!
  14. really awesome build!!! Great job on a great car!
  15. like the "wire-Wheels" bu You mut find some similar but smaller ones in font Perhaps the stoick Wheels from Lindberg/Amt 1934 Ford Pickup???? Thery're "quite Close".... I'd say!
  16. Time for satin-finish clearcoat and then some bare metal on the listwork.
  17. To me, I Think the rims should remain in chrome. That'd go best with the rest of the theme for this build! It gonna look killer when ready!
  18. First shot with White primer today:
  19. Actually It's a 1999 Stratus Convertible (same as Sebring w 2.5 liter Mitsubishi V6). Last October I bought however a 2006 model Sebring cvt with 2.7 Chrysler V6. That old red one will shortly be for sale..... ( the 1:1 scale that is )
  20. Good luck with Your marriage! Here's the cake-topper from our wedding-cake when we married in 2006 (Try guess what WE looked like IRL and what kind of car we rode to the ceremoni )
  21. I opened a MIB revell interior parts pack for the interior to this one (love them old parts packs!!!) and I also opened a MIB Aurora Parts pack with grilles and trim for the filler piece.
  22. Now I'm onto this one again, and this time I hope to get it done!!!! It'll be a curbside as I don't like the Engine-bay on the old Jo-Han kit, it looks awful! So I'll just use the lower parts of the Engine as a "dummy" and glue the NEW hood shut! Why new hood then...? Well, the stock one was mysteriously gone when I found the box in my stash after a couple of hours looking for this model!
  23. Almost 6 years ago I posted a Picture of a Chrysler 300 which I had started in 2006. It's gonna be a full custom with Starbird-inspired bubble-top. This is the Picture I posted in 2008:
  24. Bought an old beaten up T-bird promo almost 20 years ago. Now the time has come to restore it. I'll lower it, put on semi-modern Wheels, shave it and give it a pair of bullet-shaped taillights.
  25. I really like the VW-rod You're building!!! When I built mine, I based it upon the same kit. I kept the stock inner fenders in the rear and stuck an Engine in there from an old IMC 1964 VW.
