Filled with evercoat putty , sanded with 180, 320. Prime with self etching primer. Let the primer dry, next step, resand with 400. Reprime. Do this over and over till it’s straight and right.

Ok I am super glue with activator. Eyebrows over the wheel house. And a roof to quarter panel seam. Sanding the glue. It’s insurance for the bolted on eyebrow. Next, Filling with evercoat automotive putty. This part of the build is the most exciting to me. I love to do the body and paint on models. Stance, paint job then details. For a contest , I use this as commandments for building a model car. The stance and paint catch the eye, draws people in to look at the details. Actually I use this for all my car models. Fun or contest. I’m sanding the super glue with 180 grit. Apply the putty over the sanded area. I will use 320 to finish it off. Primer. Reblock as nessary, reprime as nessary.

Yes sir I do understand. It’s a lot of money to invest. Ray(cobra man) did not buy until it was a complete kit. My personal opinion is that agora is not going anywhere. I have insights and cannot disclose them but from what I see , the company is investing in new tooling and buying out other companies . The Mercedes is a very cool and fits pretty good. So far , I’m impressed. I have built the cobra 427 and the supersnake. Those are great kits. The agora Muira is a handful. Needs a lot of modeling mods to get it to fit and look good. Just telling it like it is. Like all 1/8 kits they all could use some extra detail. I have detailed the cobra and detailed a ford GT from another company. Just added a little bit and sanded the seam lines, repainted a few things and they come out great.

Painted hood. Starting pack 2. Mark A from agora has supplied me a complete body to paint black. Needs some body work going to disassemble the body and paint the body. Do not have to wait for each pack to arrive to paint her. Saves a lot of time.

Pierre they look fantastic! How do they build up? My 55 was really nice and fun with no fit issues.

Pack one is finished . Just need to paint the hood. This car is going black, Dash, steering wheel, tire and wheel , grill and the side of the engine. I’m going to leave the dash and wheel cover silver. Supposed to be black but the contrast of the silver might make it pop. The chrome is fantastic.

Do you also have 1:1 project cars?

Yes I thought I might throw this out there and see a response. Redscampi is correct. It moves out of the way. Here is a pic of the truck. I got a kick out of it, the motorcycle was in the bed.
