  1. Love this and even more so in the smaller scale. Nicely done. Just the right amount of weathering and detail.
  2. This is looking great. The new wheel/tire combos are a major step up. Looking forward to the next update. Being from Iowa, I've always loved this kit. May just have to build one.
  3. Great shots Darryl and your work so far is outstanding and spot on. I really hate to call it "work" though since building is so much fun. Have any under the hood shots you'd like to post?
  4. Now THAT'S a fuel cell. Looks great Art.
  5. Here...here Bob. Agree completely. "I was there." On your mounting brackets Chris, it looks like the bottle is actually further away from the steering shaft and the bracket actually gets thinner between the shaft and the bottle than it is at the shaft by about a third of the whole. Hopefully that makes sense. Otherwise, with notes mentioned above, it will be awesome. Looking forward to the printed pieces to see how the detail is.
  6. No progress on this one Chris. Other builds are taking up my limited bench time at the moment. I hope to get back to this one soon after my messy and unorganized bench get some working space.
  7. Charlie - your builds are always top notch and so clean looking. Love your style and the look of your builds. I'll need to get some of your products too. Nicely done.
  8. I seriously think Art has a better chance Chris and I wish you the best of luck. In reality, I would love to see them both completed and in person.
  9. This is all so fascinating and amazing. Being an artist and designer, I get the finished piece but am completely blown away by the technology to get there. Thanks so much for this thread and keeping it going. As mentioned prior, seeing all of this develop and the thought processes and technolgy progress is truely inspirational. I might need to invest in a popcorn company.
  10. Oh my this is looking great Art. You are a true ARTist and glad to see you doing something a bit different. Injectors will look great sticking up out of the flat hood. Serious fabrication and I'm in for the long haul. Something coming up in April?
  11. Sweet jiminy!! I swear that thing would fly down the quarter mile. Every current build of yours is my favorite. Exquisite stuff Ty.
  12. You're becoming an electrician with all of those wires Joe. Nicely done.
  13. Amazing stuff Bill. Now I want you to go out to your workshop and gather up all of your paint cans and jars and throw them out. Don't think about it, just go do it because it'd be a shame to hide all of this wonderful metal work.
  14. This is looking killer Darryl and you're really plugging away and making some great progress. I've also used that Dupli-Color paint with great results.
  15. That is an awesome trick Mark. Thanks for sharing. No wonder your belt looks so good.
  16. There's room for at least two more hemi's behind the driver's seat. Looking great Joe.
  17. That hoist, like everything else, looks terrific. Looking forward to seeing your final additions before this Saturday.
  18. Thanks Tom. Do you have a website for Escorts Resin products?
  19. Sorry guys, this one has stalled for the moment. I hope to get back on this after a few other builds. Thanks for your interest and following along.
  20. Everything about it is so well done but that shot of the window with the peeling paint and chipped siding blows me away. What method did you use for the peeling/chipped paint? Nicely done indeed.
  21. Superb build. Love everything about it. Nicely done.
  22. Glad this one came down off the shelf. Stunning revisions and updates. Awesome stuff.
  23. On Saturday, the chassis was completed and got a shot of primer and then semi gloss black paint. Felt I was really making some progress however the paint dried all bumpy. I thought and thought about it and just couldn't leave it that way so yesterday, off it went into the purple pond. A minor set back. Guess I'll move on to the interior until I can get back to the chassis.
