  1. Those pix are spectacular. Thanks for posting them.
  2. I have to agree with everyone here Chris, this is killer and as Rom says it is so much better in person. Now I have to say this and was waiting on seeing it in person but I think the front engine mounts could be made from slightly thicker material. They just appear to me to be too flimsy with the size and HP of that nasty hemi. MTCW
  3. Oh this is goiing to be good. Welcome back to the bench.
  4. It was great to have you with us Romell and even better meeting you and hanging with you. Next year, same itinerary, OK? Although it would be better if you arrived a bit earlier. BTW - that's me next to Mark the tree in the back with the white T shirt.
  5. Here's a link to my DSC 8 pics. Enjoy... http://s437.photobucket.com/albums/qq96/flyfshr/DSC%208/
  6. WOW! This is an epic undertaking and I can't wait to see progress on this one. It looks like having the space isn't a problem. I'll be watching this one for sure.
  7. And just a few more... As you can tell, there were a ton of great builds on the tables and I'm glad I wasn't a judge.
  8. More...
  9. Some more...
  10. Next ones...
  11. Here's a few more pix from DSC 8. Can't wait for next year. Oh, just so the rest of you know, the trailer already has overnight reservations for DSC 9.
  12. This whole day couldn't have been any better. I had the opportunity to meet up with Romell, John Teresi, Art Laski, TimP, Chris Sobak, Aaron Baldea and a host of other top builders. I really enjoyed myself and can't believe the number and quality of the builds on the tables. It was truly mind-boggling. A big thank you for the hosts and promotors of this fine event. Each year gets more refined and better organized. My hats off to everyone involved. The vendor tables were many and I even was cooerced into buying a couple 1/16th scale kits. Pix to follow.
  13. Its on right now and I can't believe all of the beautiful builds on the tables. I'll be posting some photos probably tomorrow so stay tuned...
  14. I'm looking forward to seeing your handiwork on this one Niko. With your skills improving with each build, I'm anticipating this one to be really cool.
  15. This is an incredible build with nice detailing. If possible, can you post more pictures please? I'd love to see more of this. Also, can you expand on your plans for the dio?
  16. Your hint...hint is duly noted Chris. We'll see if you can convince me this weekend.
  17. Thanks Chris. It's been one fun build that's for sure and I'll be glad to have it finished.
  18. Thanks Ron and Don for your kind comments. They're much appreciated. I'm off of work tomorrow and I'll get this finished before the DSC on Saturday.
  19. The decals came out nice and really add that finishing touch. Nicely done Tyrone.
  20. Man that looks killer. I'm with you on the blower pulley being a bit too large. Its going to look even bigger with a belt wrapped around it. Man, I hate to suggest anything that slows this down but you want it right, so have it redone.
  21. Thank Art. I'm looking forward to meeting you this weekend. Bringing any builds?
  22. Really nice on both builds.
  23. Looking great Tyrone. Looks like its trial and trial instead of trial and error. You sure you've not done this before? It's difficult to tell from here.
  24. Unlike me. Thanks for the comments guys.
