  1. cheers mate. i picked up the bronco today. Jeez it's a big bodied beast! I also got some larger (outer wall only) offroad tyres from a childs excavator toy to put on there, very excited but progress will be slow as I'm up to my eyes in work needed to be done on my "four horsemen of the apocalypse" build
  2. No worries matey, even watch the movie if you can, I think its set forward with the blower flush to the water pump, I could be wrong though...
  3. anyone know a good technique for clumped up thick mud?
  4. Best pics to get in this case mate are of the Dodge Charger from The Fast and The Furious or the more recent Fast And Furious Movies. It's got a hefty looking 6/71 blown hemi and MSD ignition, one of my two fave movie cars. Nice to see a fellow aussie too. What part of the land down under are you from?
  5. hahaha! awesome mate! that bungee cord had me rolling on the floor! it's a perfect look mate well done. I'll get my bronco started next week
  6. that's looking awesome mate, what song were you doing again?
  7. Velocity stacks on a raised up tahoe, my hat goes off to you good sir!
  8. brake fluid! why didn't I think of that?
  9. Ahh in that case google hotwheels inventories under the year 1990 and browse images on database pages. Lol trust me this works, i have a collection of over 300
  10. cheers mate. I'm on vacation for a couple weeks but I'll check in when i can. all my cbs will go off when i return
  11. Skeletons buddy Grim will be the pilot of death, Some sort of general in a german war helmet with a spike on it for war, and an evil doctor for pestillence. Famine will just be a skeleton strapped into a slingshot dragster
  12. It's not my preferred genre to be honest, but I want to challenge myself. Someone will take me up on this one. Cheers anyways mate
  13. http://bwanadevilart.blogspot.com/2011/02/amazing-ed-big-daddy-roth.html You guys might get an idea of the "characters" I'll be putting behind the wheel of my four cars after seeing this
  14. Here's some more progress pics. I decided to change the wheels to period sixties five spokers and have detailed the number plates by hand.
  15. you think that looks good, wait until you see who's behind the wheel
  16. Okay here's some progress on my submission for death. This WAS my '39 Merc lead sled built box stock, but I thought it'd be a perfect candidate for a devilishly evil hack and slash! Here's some pics. So far I've chooped the top, cut out the entire roof panelling, made up a wooden tub liner and a balsa wood coffin for the back. The hood scoop is from the AMT 70 Mustang Boss kit (looked a little silly on the Stang to be perfectly honest) and fits the contour of the hood perfectly. I'll be running the stock engine however black washed and looking like it's on it's way to an oily grave. The stance is looking good, however this vehicle will not have a chassis. Curious? Well... you'll just have to wait and see
  17. No worries guys, I'll post my builds elsewhere with clear descriptions
  18. Hey guys! I had a cool idea to get a comunity build going that involved some other music genres. Got a rap song that inspires you? Why not combine ideas from two or more songs? Show us here! To keep the thread low on content, could everyone post url type links to youtube videos rather than imbedding please? Cheers Also can entrants post the particular lyrics that inspired there builds? Thankyou lets see where this goes. The songs I've chosen are: Wiz Khalifa - Black and Yellow (Particularly the lyrics "Everything I do, I do it big") Rich boy - Throw some Ds ("Just bought a Cadillac, (Throw some Ds on that b**ch)")
  19. Okay, enough pictures of your motorbike, now show us the model! I'm kidding haha! What an awesome build, it actually does look like the real deal!
  20. keep plugging along mate she's looking great! Is the guage cluster on the dash photo-etch?
  21. Hey guys update from me. I finally got a kit, It's an 86 ford bronco by the looks of it. I'll be raised up on 2009 Lego Technic wheels and tyres with a crazy modification to the suspension and more ideas will come soon.
  22. I like where this is going
