  1. Isn't this similar to the Rescue Van that was released last year?
  2. If only we could get this level of detail in a 1/25 kit. It would probably make it too expensive, though.
  3. There really are no words to describe this contraption. Sort of belongs in the "More money than sense" category.
  4. Nice old trucks. Thanks for posting. Nice bike. What is that? It looks like a Versys.
  5. I didn't notice that. Can't say as I've heard of an N927 either. So with aluminum frame rails I've guessing that this wasn't spec'd out as a vocational truck. Apparently (after some research), the Cummins N927 as called the Super 250. Basically, it's a NH250 Cummins 250 with a 927 cid instead of the 855 cid.
  6. Nice pictures. That's been around the block a few times.
  7. Looking nice. I like the painted smaller tanks.
  8. Still kind of surprised Round2 didn't Coca-Cola the AutoCar. Maybe there are Coca-Cola decals on the sheet.
  9. Matlack? Sorry, best picture I have.
  10. That's pretty cool. Wonder what it's registered as?
  11. Interesting upgrade for the ProStar, or whatever.
  12. Interesting. I wonder if they'll sell the tank separately like they do with the 20ft container.
  13. Good information, Greg. So if I were to do a 1964 ALF 900 Series AeroChief 90 that has a white body, by NFPA standards the frame would be white as well? According to the Syracuse Fire Department, it was powered by a 6 cylinder 305 HP engine (Continental?) hooked to a 5-speed manual transmission. The plywood roof was added in 1968 due to the Race Riots, and it was repowered in 1973 with a Detroit Diesel 6-71N/265HP. Probably when it was rebuilt with a 100ft Seagrave midship aerial ladder.
  14. The figures look very "modern", yet there's a 1970s Kenworth on the box. I would be interested to see the other figures in the series as well. http://mbltd.info/models.htm
  15. Very well done. Two of my favorite USAAF/USAF fighters.
  16. Do you think that this was an option from Mack, or was it something that was fabricated by the owner after receiving the truck from Mack? Either way, it's pretty cool. Yes, that's a big hook on the right!
  17. And he can plow snow with it in the winter.
  18. Looks really nice, Chuck. Well done.
  19. Yes, then you'd have an RD.
