  1. That Testors Mystic Emerald looks REALLY close! I'll definately have to remember that when I start my Sonny truck.
  2. Volkswagen! Boy, was I way off. Looks really nice.
  3. The International 9670 is from KFS. It's corrently sold out, but is supposed to be back in casting rotation this year for the last time.
  4. Nice job. Has the good old fleet look to it.
  5. Looking really nice, Kurt. Yes, the fit on this kit & the Bison is horrid!
  6. Ray, I was close! Robert, thank you for the compliment, but I have to admit I did not paint this cab. Jim Gavin (drinkone2) painted it for me. The pinstripes are vinyl.
  7. Ray, that Paystar is incredible! Looks like the sleepre from the Transtar 4300 & AITM wheels, right? I think you've given me an idea for my Paystar. Hessel, that's one sweet looking Aussie Superliner!
  8. Some really nice builds. That mixer trailer is really cool!
  9. Nice trucks! Here are mine: Yellow 1973 Ryder Ford LN8000 Titing hood: Orange & White 1976 GMC Astro/95 1986 Peterbilt 359 with Winslow Stripes
  10. The Ford LN8000/LNT8000 and the Peterbilt 359 "California Hauler" do not have hinged hoods. You'll have to scratch build a hinge. I hinged thr hood on my 1973 Ryder Ford LN8000 Short Hauler with aluminum tube & some steel rod. Works quite well, actually. It's hard to tell from this pic, but you can just see the two small tubes on the front of the frame where the pins from the hood would sit. I filed out a nice little groove for them & epoxyed them in. There is a corresponding tube epoxyed to the hood. Then a rod connects them all together.
  11. Does turquoise count? 1969 Dodge L700
  12. Looking really nice. What color is your interior?
  13. I actually have one for this thread! 2011 International LoneStar: Wait until Jerry sees this thread!
  14. Wonder if you could find any 1/25 figures you could convert into Star Fleet personnel. You could replicate the sceen in the cargo bay.
  15. Dom Loomis already casts it in resin: http://my.inbox.com/photos/escort500xl/index.aspx Check his page "6 Cylinders & Other Engines". An alternative vendor is always nice, though.
  16. Amazing work! Do you mean the radiator brace?
  17. I wish! I've been trying to get there for several years now.
  18. Impressive C500. And that's one big trailer for one big rock!
  19. "Facinating, Captian." Live long & prosper.
  20. Looks like there were some nice trucks there. That LoneStar stake truck is different.
  21. Milo does some incredable stuff. This 8V92 is a work of art. Imagine what he could do in 1/25?
