  1. Cool Beetle. Well done.
  2. Very well done. You sure have shown dedication the toe movie. Don't forget the "eleven long haired Friends of Jesus in a Chartreuse micro bus". ?
  3. Thanks, guys. I appreciate it. @Rich Chernosky The wheels are stock from the kit, and are painted with Tamiya Gun Metal X-10.
  4. Thanks, David. It's not a contest winner by any stretch of the imagination, but it looks pretty good.
  5. Fantastic build. Your attention to detail is amazing. Did they really just cover those air inlets with cardboard & duct tape?
  6. Thanks, guys & gals. I appreciate the positive comments.
  7. Here is my take on the Tamiya 2022 Subaru BRZ (ZD8): The build (per my build style) is box-stock, although I did add the Japanese license plates from Kagoshima. Japanese model of a Japanese car. Seemed fitting. Build went smoothly until final assembly when the model self-destructed five times while I was trying to put the body on. I'm going to guess that it was completely my fault, and not the fault with any defect in the kit. Body color is Tamiya Blue Mica TS-50. Engine bay (yes, kit comes with a hood prop): Interior: Not my best work, but I'm moderately please with the results. Onward & upward, right?

  13. Great looking BMW. Very well done.
  14. Fantastic looking Corvettes. Very well done. I remember reading somewhere that the C6.R had air conditioning, so that rear radiator might be the air conditioner, maybe? Not sure. I built the C7.R a little while ago, and I have the C5.R in the stash. I'd like to find a C6.R eventually. A C8.R GTE would be nice too, but I'm not holding my breath (too much to ask?). When I built my C7.R I downloaded the Revell of Germany directions as they had better detailing instructions that the Revell USA directions. Decals were different, too. Go figure.
