  1. The smallest you say? Ok. We'll start with the Kubotas. T1870 lawn tractor. Steering positionable and the hood opens. Nicely detailed diesel under that hood and it's more tractor than I drive at work. ZD28 ZTR (Zero Turn Radius). Front wheels "steer" and the engine cover opens to reveal a nicely detailed diesel. BX22 Compact diesel 4x4 tractor with LA210 bucket loader and BT600 backhoe. EVERYTHING is positionable. The hood opens too. RTV900 Utility Vehicle. Most everything is positionable on this one too. Steering, "hood", dump bed dumps, roof is removable. All of them are top quality and can be found on eBay. That's where I got mine and expect to pay about $25 each. There's 2 compact excavators in the series which I haven't got yet. Basically, I can decide which of the two I want/need. I want the smallest of the two but can't figure out which that is. There's also a 30 or 40 hp tractor in the series. Same price range. I'll show you some of the Bobcats tomorrow.
  2. There's a pair of Kubotas (A ZTR and a tractor) and Spec Cast has a brand new JD Z series tractor. There's also a Kubota tractor with front and rear buckets and a Kubota ATV/utility truck. There's also a few of the compact excavators (Kubota and Bobcat) plus at least two Bobcats (one with wheels, one with tracks). If you need pics. of the above, say the word. I have most of them. My lawn service company will eventually have an open trailer. More fun to show off the toys that way. Very nice job BTW.
  3. Thanks Bob. I'll give it a few days before I polish. We seem to have lost the heat wave we had as it's only 62 instead of 92 a week ago. I'm not complaining BTW. I'm a puddle when it's 92. It was over 100 with the humidity and that's way too hot for Canada.
  4. Anyone know the drying time for Tamiya Sprays? I wanna build this Corvette yesterday but I refuse to rush the paint/sand/polish.
  5. I considered that as I use a variation of that for the red lines on Cup car wheels. Don't know if I could make it work with a tire.
  6. I've just tried the white acyrlic paint and a fine brush with less than stellar results. How do you all do it?
  7. The person (and I use this term loosely) should be strung up by his you-know-whats 'cause he don't got 'em. Ain't got no brains either. I am truly glad that you're still with us Darrin.
  8. Now ya tell me! Guess I'll have to buy another one.
  9. As a general rule, I don't go for white muscle cars but this one works for me. Nice job!
  10. I hope someone does as I saw a trio of beautiful '70 Montes on the weekend and I wanna build at least one of them.
  11. Now ya done it Dave! I want an Atomic Orange Z06 and it doesn't look like Cobra Colors offers it. Bummer!
  12. I LOVE your sense of humor Dan. Belated thanks for an early morning chuckle.
  13. Thanks Izzy! There's nothing more sinister than a black Z06. Welll....maybe a '68 L88 with a white interior.
  14. Based on this, LeMans Blue and black are looking the most appealing. Prolly go with black as my last Z06 is blue.
  15. Just received my kit and choosing a colour is the next step. If nothing else catchs me eye, it'll be Velocity Yellow just like my C6R that's on order.
  16. Looks great but one question. What's gonna keep that creeper from hitting the floor on the first corner (bump, curb, whatever)?
  17. Now I gotta order mine. I was a little skeptical after seeing all of Pat's pics. but if Bob Downie says it's good then it must be good.
  18. Maybe they had one but they're not offering it now.
  19. a resin Dodge Bighorn in one of our scales? You don't wanna know why I wanna know.
  20. Ya know....I mentioned on another board that I didn't like the looks of it but I find it growing on me. Go figure!
