Tamiya make a satin or semi gloss black. I like to use Krylon short cuts flat black dries to a satin finish. I get it at Hobby Lobby it’s the short cans like model paint.

If you not good at foiling or you want to use Molotow I would mash the pen get some extra paint and brush paint them with a good brus…
