  1. Do you then glue the angle part, to the distributer post, to make it look like it's a 90 degree boot?
  2. I love that Vette. That one would be fun to build.
  3. The turbo banger, is a nice touch. Very cool, so far. I can't wait for the paint.
  4. Very shiny, very nice.
  5. It looks good. Real good. I wouldn't worry about the plug wires. I didn't wire a motor, until my 3rd one, back to the hobby. Then I skipped them, on the next 2.
  6. It looks to be, too far gone, to even be a parts car. Great job. The spider webs remind me of when I used Testor tube cement.
  7. Ultra clean. I would have gone, with a little wider tire (not too big), on the back. A big block, 4 speed car isn't going to hook, with those skinnies. Or bolt on some 9" slicks, for an instant B/Stock.
  8. Very subtle color combo. Very nice, indeed.
  9. Very life like.
  10. Beauty. I love the color.
  11. I like it, a lot.
  12. How do you make the 90 degree plug boots, on the distributor?
  13. I don't have them, on the bench, at the same time. I just switch between them. I put all the parts, from one, into a box (or boxes) & break out another one. The boxes are always, close at hand.
  14. How about a decent E-Type Jag? Roadster, coupe, & racing versions of both. A 289 Cobra, with stock, FIA, & of course Daytona!!!
  15. Beautiful. I love the paint.
  16. NICE!!! Very nice.
  17. WOW. I started to make a Revell panel, stock, with '51 parts, so I know what an up hill battle, you've had. You've pulled it off, nicely. Mine is, in a box, on the shelf.
  18. I really like it. I wasn't sure, about it, at the start (I think it was all the different colors) but it's really come to "life", in black.
  19. I had some failed attempts, trying to pick up, where I left off. Then I built one, straight out of the box. Rattle can paint job, no extra details, other than paint, no plug wires, fuel lines, etc. Then I worked my way up. It's been 6 years, since then, I'm air brushing pearl jobs, scratch building parts, plumbing this, wiring that. Taking those first "baby steps", was the best thing, I did, to get back into this wonderful hobby.
  20. One more. Your model is coming along very nicely.
  21. Here's another pic, that shows the top of the frame.
  22. Here's a link to a blue on blue Corvette, for sale. There's a couple pix of what you want but not really close up. There is a stainless moulding, on top of the windshield frame, behind the windshield molding. The top of the frame, behind the molding is interior, with the center, above the rear view mirror, is chrome. http://www.iagclassics.com/carpages/1968-Chevy-Corvette-For-Sale.htm
  23. It looks like 1st place, from where I'm sitting.
