I'm working on this old Corvette. I can't get the stock kit wheels to fit the provided tires the way I want them to. The wheel backs are also too thick. I'm thinking about doing something drastic. I'll offer my apologies to the Corvette purists in advance.
I started this kit this week. Seems to be well molded. The plastic feels a little different.
Anyways, Duplicolor Chili Pepper Red Pearl with 2K Clear Glamour. This 2K stuff might be worth the money.
I'm following this one. I had an 84 Corvette back in the day. I bought it cheap as somebody had ran it through a barbed wire fence. I worked all summer getting it ready to drive to school.
I have the kit you are working on. Did anyone make a Crossfire motor?
Thanks for the positive comments. I appreciate them.
Oh man. I hate that. I haven't done a Revell kit in a while. I think I just enjoyed doing a kit that was relatively flash free for a change. My stash is mainly old AMT kits for some reason.
This model was a blast to build. I haven't built a drag racing model in years. I really enjoyed myself. I went for an unsponsored, plain jane look.
Thanks for looking.
