  1. Mike, that thing is awesome! The stance you have it at right now is perfect with those wheels. You did a really nice job with the cast, you need to finish that thing man
  2. I read through the whole 4 pages and I think I'm still a little confused. I was planning on building a rat rod from my 32 ford kit but only use the parts from that box. I only have 4 kits total so it's pretty slim pickings, I just use what I got. This will be my first rat rod, first extreme mod build (chopping, z'ing, scratch building, etc), and first community build. So with that said, if I'm allowed to get in on this then I'm in.
  3. This build is just bada**! I love all the little details from the air bags, tanks, compressors, frame, brackets, just clean work. Really pumped to see how your going to tie it all together.
  4. Just wow! Impressive. What a beautiful truck, nice job.
  5. This link is from another forum but it looks really simple and done clean. I am going to use this tutorial when I z my 32 ford frame. Good luck, hope this helps. http://cs.scaleautomag.com/SCACS/forums/t/94528.aspx
  6. Sick! Love the tail lights. Looking forward to seeing it all done.
  7. It just looks so much better on the ground. Real nice build, wish I could build mine that quick and look that good.
  8. Really? That would be a relly cool kit. I've never built a resin kit but I'd defiantly give it a try. If you find any photos post me up
  9. So after posting about the Mustang Estate Wagon and someone had posted a picture of a camero wagon I thought I'd go hunting for more photos. Being a camaro fan and not so much a mustang fan I was excited to see the results. The camaro wagon looks killer and I would love to see the blue one built. Has anyone ever built one of these?
  10. Yes! I was thinking the same thing. If you took the pickup style and made it into a wagon it would look killer, it would really flow a lot better.
  11. I thought the wagon was pretty cool but those pickups are even better. I'm like them a lot. Has anyone ever built a model like this? Any other kind of weird wagons out there?
  12. This car is pretty sick. I just have one question, does the exhaust being that close to the tires have any effect at all on the tire? To much heat? Just curious
  13. I came across this today and I thought it was pretty cool. I'm not a big fan of the mustang at all but this thing is really cool. I've seen the trans am wagon and the kits they make for it. Do they make the mustang kits or has anyone built anything like it? I would love to know if there are any other kind of wagons like this out there? Post pics if you got em'
  14. This looks like a great kit, I didn't know jada made kits like this either. You did a real clean job with it, nice suttle details. Just curious but did the kit come with the wheels on the box? I would love to see what they look like on there. Nice job, can't wait to see it finished.
  15. That's what i was thinking, but do you think it will have enough support or should I use the grill as a backdrop/support?
  16. None taken. I've actually never seen the movies so I went and tried to find a picture but I didn't really see the resemblance. I was thinking it would make a cool backdrop and give the wire some support.
  17. It's actually not hard to work with. I'm using all the curves that were already made by the paper clip, I do have smaller clips but I still don't know how to attach it to the grill shell.
  18. Im already thinking of a couple builds to put this in. Thanks a lot for showing.
  19. So I've decided to build a rat rod with my 32 5 window ford. I wanted to build a web grill with a skull head for the front. I didn't have any slim sticks of plastic so I'm using paper clips instead. My question is...how can I mount it in the actual grill shell? Glue it together or should I just glue the actual paper clip pieces ontop of the actual grill to give it a 3d kinda look. If anyone has any ideas please throw them out there, anything will help. Thanks Here a couple of pics. It's just a rough web with a skull head I got from an old ear ring
  20. Sweet build. Looks like it would be a really nice dial driver
  21. I was going to say, I was pretty sure that was fear and loathing. This is a great build, with some really great details. I love what you did with it and the color choice is perfect.
  22. That'ts a really sweet color. Nice paint job.
  23. Nice build! Clean job cutting that roof off.
  24. Sanded the headlight bezels down so they will sit sunk in to the buckets instead of them sticking out.
  25. Sweet, I'll have to look into that kit. I like we're your taking the build, shop truck is a great idea. A nice little motor stand with straps with that motor would look killer.
