  1. Nice looking projects. Love the falcon
  2. Lol I was thinking the same thing with the "leaves" on the fenders. Gives it that extra plus factor
  3. I would love to doc believe me but I have to get these other ones done so I can jump on it. I like were your going with this. A hemi, leather, lace, gonna be one sexy merc. Btw, great choice in music
  4. You have some great inspiration there doc. Excited to see we're your going to take this one. I have the revell kit sitting on the workbench untouched with no plans except to slam it, but when I get to it, I'll make sure to jump in on this party.
  5. Thanks for the help. I contacted Brizio on here and we both have been brainstorming on how to go about it. We came up with a similar idea but like you said I think it's going to distort the pillars and make all the openings look funny epically because it is a 5 window. I was even thinking about totally getting rid of the middle pillar to give the car a longer appearance. If I was to make cuts at the bottom of the pillars(front/back) instead of the middle I would be able to alter the way the whole roof sits without having to cut so much out of the back would I? Other ideas had is to chop the roof and make a pie cut out of the body right below the cowl/body line but I wasn't sure how that would work out either.
  6. Im starting to really get into my 32 ford build and I just did my first z'd frame. Now I want to chop the top for the first time but I don't want to just lower it down, I want to slant it forward to give it some attitude. so how do I achieve that look? Do I still cut the post straight across but just cut more out of the front then the back or do I have to cut everything on an angle? I'm a visual kinda learner so any photos or tutorials would be great. Thanks for any help
  7. I must agree with everyone else, this thing is just beyond impressive. You just nailed it, from the look, stance, wheels, interior, and the attention to detail is increditable. My father in law and I sat here and picked out details like the stickers on the rad support/under the hood, the canisters in the motor comp., to the little open box on shelf. It's when I told him it was a model van and not real is what really blew his mind. How you did all that in such little time is a question that may never be answered. Well done sir, well done.
  8. That thing is cool as hell. I was also curious how big that thing is?
  9. Brizio! What a great idea man, that is awesome! I can't wait to see it all finished up
  10. That thing is pretty sick! Gonna look good when it's done
  11. I just wanted to say thanks for taking the time to share. It was a very helpful tutorial for me and many others. I was thinking of zing the frame on my 32 but I can't strengthen it the way you had done so I was going to attempt to make gussets for strength. Have you ever done that and is it worth even doing? I was also thinking of making a tubular frame out of the scap trees I have, do you have any advice on how I would connect them? Thanks in advance for anymore help you can provide me with.
  12. What a killer build. That is going to be one sick rod, looking forward to the rest of the build.
  13. I saw you post this up in the "under glass" section and I was hoping you were going to figure out how to get the photos up in this section. What a great build, I love all the little details you put into it. Top notch work, inspires my to shift gears and get moving on mine. Welcome to the site
  14. After seeing your last couple of builds and that Christmas tree hauler I'm excited to see where your going to take this one
  15. Real clean build, love how you did the grill. Nice build
  16. Ha, now that is a real cool concept. Nice work.
  17. Totally blew my mind! Exactly how I feel. This thing is pretty incredible. I love everything about it, that front/rear end are just sick and those huge mysterious wheels give it that extra nasty look. Great work, I hope to one day "accidentally" build something half as good.
  18. Haha...thankyou, I'm looking forward to watching all the YouTube videos. I'm sure I'll be learning a thing or two
  19. I agree with you to a certain degree but then when I saw the photo I wasn't to impressed. I guess it just loses its attitude if that makes any sense.
  20. I'm a fan of Jesse James just for the simple fact of what he can form out of metal. What he does in his personal life and all the other bs on tv that goes on I could care less about. I'm just happy they finally put something on tv were they are building something that's not bolt on, donked, or rigged up. Even as good as Foose is (also a big fan) there was still a lot of stupid stuff they added to the show. It sucks but I don't think we'll ever get rid of that "reality ness" of the show. The only show I really liked was Rides, even the building shows on sat.-sun. Drive me a little crazy with all the commercials and other bs. You get like 13mins of show. Just my opinion, I'd watch any of those shows against the shows my wife gets me to watch so when they are on I take my chances...lol!
  21. I'm a fan of you work, I checked out your page but I had no idea you did YouTube videos. I'll have to check them out, it will give me something to do the next few nights.
  22. You have any pics of that? I'd be interested in seeing how that came out.
  23. Good story mike. That is something that kid will never forget and he picked out a great model. You did a real good thing weather you know it or not, I applaud you. Great way to pay it forward
  24. Man I love this truck and trailer set up and thanks to your little tutorial I now know how to make those killer brass knuckles. Nice build
  25. They are both really cool but I like what you did with the headlights on the 50s Chevy
