  6. When yall get one of these up there lets talk HARD.. Seriously. Dig in and poke your heads up when its over....
  7. With that 392 you now have my attention, Will you be offering say a front engine dragster chassis to accommodate that fuelie 392. of course then we'll need slicks etc, etc.... What scale is it 1/16 or 1/8. I'm VERY interested now.....
  8. Fletch, This is turning out to be a really nice build...
  9. Jim, The covers been made for a few weeks now. Its flat sheet styrene with strip around the edge. I think I posted a pic of the cover in the Hollish Bros. Build thread. Cant remember though..

  11. Eric and others, Heres what Im trying to replicate. Looks like I can play with some metalizers and some white spattered with a stiff brush?
  12. The Hollish Bros. Coupe I'm building has a galvanized metal scoop on top of the injectors. I would like to replicate that finish, If anyne has any ideas I would appreciate it.. THANKS!!
  13. Ive been knocking the idea around of making this show. Looks like a great time. Plans are already in the works to go next year...
  14. Here's a small update. Keeping with the "smallest amount of aftermarket parts as possible" I opted to sweat together (plumbers term) a set of fuel fittings. I cut down a moon tank to better replicate to 1:1 It looks like I'll need to work on the drag link to correct the bump steer
  15. It is weathering pigments. Ive been wanting to add a little wear to my builds so I'm going to give this stuff a try...
  16. The intake looks alot like the one in the mean and nasty camaro or any of the 80's camaro P/S and the STP or Pennzoil Firebirds. The carbs are the same Dominators that are in all the above kits. A couple of swipes from a saw and you have them...
  17. The valve covers can be reworked, the carbs can be split and the intake can be fabricated... Those are your best choices out there...
  18. Its also in the Red Hot Thunderbird from Revell and the 80's issue P/S from Revell/Monogram
  19. I got the message I had won but yea it was the only car in the class. Oddly enough last year that class was stacked. I told Matt I wasn't entering but could not stand to the THE BEST class at the show empty so I left it with Matt,
  20. Yea same guy, But DANG hes gotten ugly in his old age. You know, You'd think that with all the drag stuff Ive been posting lately I would be getting lots of trade offers but I haven't gotten the first one. Folks is skeered. Back at ya Eric. I had to get going, I had the family waiting on me. Plus it was best I did leave as the venders were getting all my money.. Did your truck place. It was a really nice build...
